Le Benihana - Anchorage vous accueille pour une expérience culinaire unique. Vous serez assis en groupe autour d'un chef personnel maîtrisant l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. This has been the worst experience we’ve had. Not only did we wait for almost an hr for our chef to come out and start cooking for us. No communication between the waiter to us about the hour wait. It was very frustrating, and once the chef did come out, all he didn’t us was complain about how they were short and he was upset that his manager kept coming to check when he was coming out to cook for us. This is not professional at all, shows a lot about your character towards your job. I believe this set the mood for the whole night even more because our food was disgusting. My children were hungry and they could not eat their vegetables because they were burnt. They could not enjoy their chicken because it was so tough to chew, instead they spit it out. The rice was so smooshed together, and normally that is the best part of coming to Benihanas. Very disappointing and we will not return to this restaurant again. Management has changed, the chefs have changed, the facility seemed very dirty, it just never used to be this way. So sad that it is falling apart when it used to be a place everyone enjoyed and looked forward to eating at. Not anymore.

Experience was good. Server and cook were both engaging and very pleasant. Food was decent but simple. Atmosphere was quite loud and difficult to talk across table. Food is not cheap but alcohol is extremely expensive.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience celebrating my hubby's birthday with friends at Benihana. The food was really good and the experience was unforgettable.

Food was good, server was amazing Joy was very attentive never had to ask for a thing and our cups were always full and plates were taken away as we were enjoying our show.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving Dinner at Benihana’s!! We took home a few leftovers, but we didn’t have to cook and clean up any messes! The food was delicious and Jason the Server was very attentive. I can’t remember the name of our cook, but he was wonderful. And at the next table Dennis was friendly and always had a Big Smile! We enjoyed our time there VERY MUCH!!
