Bienvenue chez Benihana, un restaurant qui propose une expérience culinaire hors du commun! Installé autour de tables communes, vous découvrirez, en groupe, tous les secrets du chef qui vous livrera ses astuces sur l'art ancien du teppanyaki (cuisson des aliments sur plaque chauffante). Vous en prendrez plein la vue! Il ne vous restera plus qu'à faire votre choix parmi la variété des succulents mets proposés (bœuf, poulet, fruits de mer, etc.) et vous laisser éblouir par cette tradition japonaise. Vous pourrez également vous délecter des sushis soigneusement préparés par le maître-sushi et accompagnez votre repas d'un cocktail de la maison. Benihana Alpharetta se trouve à un demi-kilomètre à l'est de la Géorgie 400 Hospitality Highway, au coin de Mansell Rd et de l'autoroute North Point, près de North Point Mall. L’amphithéâtre Verizon se trouve à seulement cinq minutes du restaurant. Le restaurant spacieux dispose de 20 tables teppanyaki pour vivre l'expérience hibachi et un grand bar à sushi muni d'un espace de réunion semi-privé. Des frais de service de 18 % sont ajoutés à la facture pour les groupes de huit convives ou plus.

We made a reservation for 8 PM for three people, when we arrived at the restaurant they told us that it would be a 30 minute wait, but there was no one else waiting. We asked them why it would be an additional 30 minutes when our reservation is for 8 o’clock and they stated that a reservation just gives you priority over a walk-in not that you would sit down to a table . If that is the case that needs to be stated somewhere when booking or at the restaurant. Once we got to our table, it was another 30 minutes for a server another 20 for drinks. There was no salad, the waitress had to go back to the back and make salads. However, when the chef came to make the food, the food was excellent, shout out to chef Ash And waitress D.

Good time at Benihana Alpharetta! My husband and I went to Benihana for his birthday. We had excellent service with Mike and a great show with Joshua. They were both engaging, the food was great and we enjoyed ourselves.

What a turnaround. We have been going to Benihana for over 15 years, and my last visit reminded me of why we love it. The chef, Chris, was excellent and brought back memories of how the food used to taste. He could tell we were vets, so he introduced a few new tricks, and the food was cooked to the finest!!! Service was outstanding as well. Our server was ahead of the game on everything. We never had to wait or ask for anything. We also got to speak to the new GM, Frank, to thank him for the amazing experience. You can tell there has been a change in the energy and attitude of the staff. We definitely will be coming back.

The host was very slow and unprofessional. She seemed to be “out of it”. No manners what so ever. The waitress was great. Professional and very hands on. The chef was horrible! He was sweating so much. Every time I asked him for something specific he would have a rude comment. He definitely did not want to be there. The place was a mess! Table beside and behind us was dirty the entire time being there. Food was soaked in soy sauce and salt.
