Bienvenue chez Benihana, un restaurant qui propose une expérience culinaire hors du commun! Installé autour de tables communes, vous découvrirez, en groupe, tous les secrets du chef qui vous livrera ses astuces sur l'art ancien du teppanyaki (cuisson des aliments sur plaque chauffante). Vous en prendrez plein la vue! Il ne vous restera plus qu'à faire votre choix parmi la variété des succulents mets proposés (bœuf, poulet, fruits de mer, etc.) et vous laisser éblouir par cette tradition japonaise. Vous pourrez également vous délecter des sushis soigneusement préparés par le maître-sushi et accompagnez votre repas d'un cocktail de la maison. Benihana Alpharetta se trouve à un demi-kilomètre à l'est de la Géorgie 400 Hospitality Highway, au coin de Mansell Rd et de l'autoroute North Point, près de North Point Mall. L’amphithéâtre Verizon se trouve à seulement cinq minutes du restaurant. Le restaurant spacieux dispose de 20 tables teppanyaki pour vivre l'expérience hibachi et un grand bar à sushi muni d'un espace de réunion semi-privé. Des frais de service de 18 % sont ajoutés à la facture pour les groupes de huit convives ou plus.

We made a reservation for 7:30, but we were not seated until 8:10. It then took 15 minutes for our server to greet us. It was her first night. She was sweet and none of this experience was her fault. Then it took 20 mins for our adult beverages, and 30* minutes for our apps. The hibachi chef arrived 35+ mins after we were seated. They charge $6 for fried rice, and that’s after they charge $47 for steak & shrimp. Ridiculous. Ridiculous!!! Our server never came back to clear our app plates, salad bowl, soup bowls. And our waters and sodas were refilled 1x. We had to walk over to another table to get napkins, and we had to ask the manager to get Togo boxes. The temp was freezing cold even with the flattop heating. $300 for 4 people is an exorbitant cost for this horrible experience. We will not return. Not to mention, we paid $15 for a sushi app and they charged us $8.50 on top of that for the sushi kitchen. Talk about getting nickel and dimed. There were two managers, neither of which came by to check on anyone.

Very good but it was very busy as expected for Valentine’s Day so we had to wait like 30-45 mins after our reservation to sit then it took a while for our chef to come out aswell

Didn’t have the best experience. I was going to specifically celebrate my birthday and use my birthday coupon, which I mentioned in my reservation. When we arrived the waitress asked if we were celebrating anything other than Valentine’s Day and I stated yes, a birthday! She said happy birthday and never mentioned anything about my birthday coupon not being redeemable on that day because Valentine’s Day was considered a holiday. So no birthday celebrations were had and I couldn’t redeem my coupon, which kind of dulled the Benihana experience for me. The food was good, the chef did his job, the waitresses were attentive but the place was packed.

To be a busy night due to Valentine’s Day the restaurant handled it well. They were about thirty minutes late for my reservation but we had a place to sit so that was okay. They did a good job on a crazy night.

We visit Benihanas every year for my dad's birthday! This year my dad wasn't feeling well and our server made him some really good green tea. We enjoyed our experience. Over the past 5 years+ this restaurant did a great job today! Thank you guys! Our server, BRI was amazing she is really personable, funny, nice, and has a great memory. The ambiance was relaxed around 4:30. The managers appeared to be very present during our experience ensuring the room was comfortable. Our Chef, Chef E was FIRE!! He has a great personality, funny, nice, and the best part a GREAT Chef!! He knows us well now and cooks with lots of garlic butter. We love this Duo for service and cooking. Hopefully we can get them again next year. The only relatively negative part is.. if you are in a rush. The dinning experience is relaxed and enjoyable.
