Le menu repose sur la simplicité et les plats ont le même goût qu'en Italie. Le Bencotto propose deux espaces différents : vous pourrez savourer votre repas dans le bar « kitchen-esque », en bas, ou vous détendre dans le coin repas intime au plafond bas, à l'étage.     Service was wonderful, which isn’t always the case when dining alone. Superb Manhattan. Ravioli tartufo was outstanding and a generous portion!

    Incredible pasta and fantastic service!! Really casual spot, great for lunch or dinner. I wish the decor was a little vibier, but honestly the pasta and service were so incredible the place could look like a shack and I’d go back haha. I got the gnocchi with pesto, chicken, and mushrooms and the gnocchi were perfect little pillows. The pesto was divine. My friends and I all shared a little bit, and the squid ink pasta with shrimp was probably my other favorite! The bolognese was on point too. 10/10 will definitely be coming back here to try ALL the pastas!

    Me and my friend came here for the cheese wheel pasta, but we were very disappointed. It was about 5 pm which is super early. We chose to sit on the outdoor seating. We wanted to sit at a different table since it was bigger. However, the server said we can only choose the small square table. “the big rectangle table is usually for reservation of more than 4 people” At the same time, there are still a lot empty large tables. Weirdly, there is a couple eating on the large table. We don’t want to bother, so we sit on the small square table. As a result my friend can only put his bag on his leg. We ordered cheese wheel pasta, but we did not get the chance to see the wheel cheese pasta making process. We asked the server and received a response like “because we are sitting outside”. If people sit on the outside will not be able to see process of the pasta rolling on the cheese wheel then the restaurant have the responsibility to let customers know they would not see it when they sit outside. The water cup was not clean too. Because it is on the street there are a lot of pollen falling into the cup. Besides that, I found one black fabric inside the water cup. I ask the server to change for another one. The server did change it, but the new cup became dirty again.

    Although the food was pretty decent as well as the service, I expected it to be awesome I guess. It just wasn’t spectacular hence I was a little disappointed.

    We reserved well in advance but got stuck in the back upstairs. Low ceiling, nothing to look at and super loud. Not sure how to secure a table on street level. We were dressed up for a birthday celebration and had made the request to put the birthday girl at a good table.

    Amazing appetizers and everyone enjoyed their separate main dishes. The special dessert was to die for. Excellent service. Love the outdoor seating but the heaters could get a bit hot, so we asked to switch tables and it was perfect.!

    Nice food, but not outstanding. Although our server was very good, I would have to mark down the service simply because there was no soap in the restrooms, and having pointed this out to a member of staff earlier, on revisiting them later on in the evening, nothing had been done to top them up. Not good enough for any restaurant, and certainly not one at this price point. We got the impression that the staff were being pulled between the 2 adjacent restaurants, which are under the same ownership.
