    We really loved this restaurant when we first dined here last year while visiting Lititz. Unfortunately the food did not meet my expectations although the others in our party of four had enjoyable meals. My filet was not suitable for fine dining. It had little taste and seemed to be a cut below what I would have expected. Sometimes a meal just doesn't work out but I was very disappointed after making special plans to revisit a memorable past experience. The service was excellent and the atmosphere quite nice.

    I called to see if the Belvedere could have flowers on the table when I arrived for my anniversary date. They were very helpful - invited me to drop it off early and then had it and a personal note on the table when we arrived. Great job. And of course - wonderful food and drinks.

    Relaxing summer night on the patio. Ambience was relaxing. Loved the plants and music. Food was worth the price. Definitely 10/10.

    Anniversary dinner at our favorite spot in Lancaster, The Belvedere Inn. Starters of a Greek Salad with little gem lettuce, pickled onion, feta, roasted peppers, fried walnuts in lemon caper vinaigrette; and a grilled romaine Caesar salad. Mains of Halibut with roasted zucchini, bacon gnocchi, baby corn, pickled blackberries and a dill sauce; and Duck breast with fondant potatoes, seared foie gras, braised greens with duck confit, fried pistachio and cherry jus. Dessert of chocolate hazelnut Rocher. Special thanks to John Costanzo and the great service from all FOH and BOH who made the evening memorable. The second floor with live Jazz is a great vibe that we really enjoy. The Belvedere is a MUST in Lancaster.

    The service was excellent, and the food also kept that bar high. The portions were spot on, and the pacing of the courses was excellent.

    So loved our experience for my mom’s birthday! Thank you for making her feel special with a personalized song too. My scallops were amazing too!

    Had a lovely evening at the Belvedere. Food was fantastic, ambiance was perfect, & our waitress, Alyssa, was superb. 5 stars all around.
