Bellanger’s Prix Fixe Menu is available Monday to Friday and you can enjoy 2 courses for £19.95 or 3 courses for £23.95. Dishes from the menu include Heritage Beetroot & Mâche Salad with a cabernet sauvignon dressing or Rillettes of Duck with sourdough toast to start. Followed by Pan-seared Sea Bream with rainbow chard and lemon dressing or Steak Haché with peppercorn sauce and french fries for your main. Then finish your meal with a choice of desserts including Hot Chocolate Mousse or Raspberry Panna Cotta with raspberry compote.

I had arranged a meal with former colleagues from the 1990s. The oldest of us, who is in his late 70s, has had a difficult few months including a major house fire at his home. The meal was partly to cheer him up. It was the perfect place to have a reunion meal like this. The restaurant is large and the spaces between the tables sufficient to enable conversation without it getting too loud with noise interference from other diners and nor is there unbearably loud music. Food is very pleasant with quite a good prix fixe menu that is value for money. The wines are well chosen. Everyone in the party enjoyed the meal immensely.

It’s the kind of place you take your parents when they visit London. It’s like a slightly nicer Brasserie Zedel (which makes sense given they share a parent company). Service was really good and food pretty good too. About £50 / head if you have a wine and 2 courses.

Very good service. Prices higher than previously. Ambience better than anticipated- the new layout is generally very noisy - on this occasion The restaurant was only a third full

Booked for four at the restaurant in Islington. Nice atmosphere when we arrived, we got seated quickly and staff were polite. Starters were great, smoke salmon especially, and arrived quickly. All four main courses were superb, only issue was the frites that accompanied the steak was so salty they couldn’t be eaten, and a couple of the main courses arrived barely warm. That being said all main courses tasted superb. Deserts was great and arrived in good time. Overall a very pleasant experience and will definitely be back again.

Pre fix menu was great and the service staff was very attentive and the food was very tasty so overall was worth the visit and price thank u We chose it cause it’s dog friendly too
