One of the best meals i’ve had in a long time. Did the Ultimate Testing menu, and the staff sped up the pacing because we had a 7-year old with us. Food and service were both perfect. Even the 7-year old said it was the perfect dinner.

We had an incredible time. The service was outstanding and every item we had on the tasting menu was delicious. 10/10 experience for my husband and I.

The best steakhouse in Las Vegas, and I have eaten at a lot of them. Staff training is evident in the amazing service you receive. Elias, who we request every time we visit, is one of the best waiters we have ever experienced. The steaks are great, tender, and have lots of flavor. The wine list is excellent, too. I have been visiting several times a year since it opened and will continue to do so. I recommend Bazaar Meat to everyone that asks me where to eat in Las Vegas.

The service was outstanding! The food however was just ok for the price. My ribeye, while cooked correctly (medium), was served at room temperature. You would think that after waiting for over an hour for the steak (I was advised about the wait time because of cooking method, and was ok with it), it would arrive hot…. Nope! The one thing we can say was over the top, was the philly cheesesteak appetizer, that was AMAZING! This was a “been there, done that,” kind’a place.

Top 5 of best restaurant we went in our life! The carpaccio, salmon, steak, smashed potato butter and leeks were out of this world! Everything was melting, so fresh, well executed and the service was perfect!
