Hands down the most amazing dining experience of my life! Thank you for making my 40th birthday so special. My only regret was missing dessert due to having a helicopter flight booked. Leave plenty of time to enjoy the experience!

Patrick, our server, was wonderful. He made sure to explain how everything worked and gave us a beautiful description as to why the chef chose all the elements to his restaurant (inspirations, concepts, and hopes for guest experiences, etc.). When it came to the food, if you go for anything, go for the steak tartar. It was incredible and worth its weight in gold. We celebrated my husbands 40th birthday and they even had a sweet little concept dessert just for the occasion. We highly recommend the experience that is Bazaar Meat by Jośe Andrés.

Cotton candy foie gras was awesome, as was the gulf shrimp/noodle dish and brussel sprout petals. The ribeye was good but not great as was the asparagus. All the desserts were good but not what I would describe as extraordinary. The jambon was good to try - clean flavor without a ton of preservatives. The one dish we did not enjoy was the smoked oysters. We are from Virginia so we may well be biased, but the smoke overwhelmed any flavor of oyster. The mignonette was decent but all we could taste was smoke. The service was impeccable and ambience was very nice. This is submitted with the understanding that the source of the food and the expertise of the chefs is considered when determining the price of the menu items. In no way should this deter anyone from trying anything - taste is a very personal thing.

Arrived 8:30 for a 9 reservation. Hostess told us they are run true to time so sat at the bar. Was going to order appetizer but bartender didn’t want to order one for us because it wouldn’t come out by 9pm. Ordered some drinks and had to ask for a lime for my soda water 3 times to same bartender. They called us to sit down 10 mins later. We had to carry our drinks to the table, 4 hostesses standing around no one offered to help with them. Our waiter was great. Lady to cut the pig in fromt of you for $45 per ounce spoke no English and apologized for it over and over, strange… maybe a stand in replacement for the night? Ordered the tour of Japan for 3 types of wagu $150 for 6 less than one ounce pieces. They did not bring bonsai tree to table like everyone else who ordered the same. The French fries sticks were nearly inedible because sooo much salt. $500 later we were hungry in an hour after we left. The lights flickered in half the restaurant and actually went out for several minutes. Waiter said it was normal. Glad we didn’t sit on that side of the room!

On a recent trip to LV, this restaurant came highly recommended. My party and I arrived and within minutes, we were seated. The atmosphere is lively, and the noise level is about what you'd expect. The menu and the entire process of ordering were needlessly complicated. Waiting up to an hour for the meat to be cooked and served detracted from the overall experience. In addition, for a restaurant of this caliber to encourage the ordering of "family sized" entrees which are to be shared by the entire table is just plain silly. Our server, Eric, was gracious and professional, the high point of the evening. He took as much time as necessary to ensure that we understood the ordering process, how the entrees were prepared, etc. We ordered as sides the Sobrasada toast, the grilled asparagus, buttered potato puree, and the roasted leeks. The serving sizes were miniscule, though these dishes were not bad. For the entrees, we ordered the Merino Lamb Rack, the Akaushi, and the Jamon Iberico, all of which were under seasoned and without flavor. The Akaushi was gamey and tasted spoiled, and was otherwise not memorable. The lamb, though bland, lacked the spoiled, sour flavor of the Akaushi. Neither dish had a smokey, grill flavor. Disappointing. The woman who served us the Jamon Iberico was from Spain and made a point of speaking completely in Spanish to my friend, whose father is also from Spain. When she said that she did not like living in Las Vegas, I asked her, in Spanish, why. I repeated my question three times, though she never once acknowledged me. Instead, she directed her response to my friend. This was just plain rude. The Iberico Jamon, like the rest of the meat dishes, lacked flavor. In terms of value, the dishes are over priced, given the overall quality of the meat. The Winn would have been a much better value. To be honest, I've enjoyed better meals (Bob Taylor's, I'm looking at you) at a fraction of the cost. Bazaar Meats gets two thumbs way down.
