Le Baxters American Grille vous invite à déguster des plats fraîchement préparés par le chef professionnel, servis de manière exceptionnelle dans un décor contemporain. Le restaurant saura vous accueillir, que vous soyez seuls ou un groupe de 80. La terrasse extérieure est parfaite pour les soirées d'été et le bar est le lieu tout désigné pour vivre l'excitation de visionner un match entre amis. Le menu du dîner comprend les salades fraîches, la salade au poulet et noix de cajou, le sandwich au contrefilet à la new-yorkaise, les fish and chips, le saumon grillé et plus encore! Le menu du souper comprend des entrées et des plats principaux frais et de saison comme les tartares de thon et de bœuf, les champignons pochés farcis, les steaks tranchés à la main, les fruits de mer frais et les spécialités de la maison telles que les côtelettes d'agneau croustillantes au cumin et le filet stroganoff.

My wife and I celebrated Valentine’s Day on February 14, 2025. We both ordered the surf and turf (steak and lobster) from the special valentine menu which included baked potatoes and asparagus, as well as a salad. Both steak and lobster were a good size and were very succulent. As an appetizer we had baked goat cheese with garlic crostinis. It was also very delicious. The ambience was fitting for the occasion and the service was good. Overall we had a great dining experience.

It was a very nice evening and our server was very good. The food was also very good. Our only question, which we did not inquire about, was a “corkage fee” of $15 added to our bill since we did purchase a bottle of wine. I’m pretty sure we have not seen this charge in any other restaurant unless you brought your own bottle of wine and had the server open it for you. Other than that it was a very nice evening.

Upon arrival, we were seated right away and before our reservation time. The waiter was prompt and very social and met all demands that the job requires and even made suggestions since this was our first time at this eatery. Menu was split up nicely per category and easy to read. The cocktails were mixed appropriately and with perfection. Food was ordered and salads were brought out, and the main entries did not arrive until we were finished with our salads, that's huge since normally your table is so congested with plates it's difficult to eat maneuvering around plates. Food arrived, and presentation was great. The taste of the food was very flavorable and was cooked the way we ordered. We will be returning to this eatery again, reservation is highly recommended, casual dress attire.

Amazing food, great service…which is what we love about Baxter’s. Even with being very busy, you can still hear everyone talk and the restaurant never feels over crowded. My husband and I had a great evening there on New Year’s Eve!!
