Le bœuf du restaurant Bateau est dépecé et vieilli à sec sur place. Les coupes de spécialité provenant de la ferme de l'établissement, située à Whidbey Island, et d'autres fermes qui ont des engagements similaires en termes de qualité, de durabilité et de bien-être des animaux, sont vendues au poids et cuites dans une poêle en fonte. Le Bateau vous propose des accompagnements créatifs, des frites à triple cuisson, des cocktails emblématiques et une vaste carte des vins. Le service est convivial mais raffiné. La chef Renee Erickson explique : « Nous travaillons avec des animaux entiers de notre propre ferme et réalisons le processus au complet - l'élevage, les soins, l'alimentation, la finition, la boucherie et le vieillissement sec. Notre ambition est d'élever, préparer et servir le meilleur bœuf. »

Been seeing all the hype on social media for awhile now and finally made it in! Definitely exceeded all of my expectations! I would recommend coming in earlier as the steak options sell out quick on a busy night. Outside of the delicious dry aged steak I highly encourage trying the beef liver pâté and the french onion croquettes! *Chefs Kiss*

The drinks and appetizers we got were very good, of the two steaks one was pretty good, one was okay at best. The real let down was the beignets, which were quite bad, with a really bitter burnt taste.

Absolutely delicious meal! The handwritten happy birthday note for my partner was so sweet. Both the food and service was wonderful and we had such a great time. Our server Mario was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us well! We had half a dozen oysters, the pate special, 23oz bone-in chuck eye, 6oz sirloin tip cap, buttery mashed potatoes as Aligot and 4 cocktails. We left with our bellies full and some leftovers to go. Overall delicious and well worth the price! Thank you Bateau ❤️

Incredible steak, definitely get the bone marrow butter. The beef fat washed old fashioned is also an amazing cocktail, highly recommended. The service was exceptional, helping me decide what cut I would like best.

The menu was creative and diverse, but the flavor combinations on many of the plates just weren’t that great.

Steak was poorly cooked, not much crust and served almost cold, fat wasn’t trimmed. Had to stand back to warm it up, Way too overpriced not recommended

From beginning to end it was incredible. The staff, the drinks and the food, all topnotch and everyone was lovely. This was a celebration dinner and exceeded our expectations. Bravo!

Delicious! The tasting menu was incredible, so much I wouldn't have thought to get on my own and all of it was delicious. Wonderful service, fantastic atmosphere.

The food at this restaurant is exceptional, and the service is truly top-notch—one of my favorite places to dine. However, I do wish they would consider extending their closing time, especially on Fridays. After a great meal, people often want to linger, enjoy sips of wine, and have those leisurely conversations that make the evening special. Unfortunately, when the operation starts winding down, it can disrupt the relaxed atmosphere. An extended closing time would make this already fantastic experience even better.
