L'établissement accueille les autochtones et les visiteurs transitant par la Virginie du Nord pour qu'ils découvrent l'industrie croissante de boissons et nourriture artisanales de la région. Le Barrel & Bushel achète des produits locaux et crée des éléments artisanaux autant que possible. Vous pourrez y savourer des plats maison issus de produits récoltés de manière artisanale. Le menu met à l'honneur des mets américains aux accents régionaux. La nourriture est accompagnée d'une sélection de boissons tirées du fût, de 22 bières artisanales locales et régionales, de plus de 30 bourbons ainsi que d'un large choix de vins hors du commun et de cocktails artisanaux qui raviront les palais des convives. Le personnel sympathique et compétent, conduit par le chef Dienemann et le manager général Anthony Cavallo, sont des passionnés de bières, des passionnés de vins, des spécialistes en spiritueux et des amateurs de bonne chère. This was the loudest restaurant I've ever been to. Good thing I didn't take my elderly mother. She would not have heard a word. Our table was in a section next to both a bar and a bar/party? area. The restaurant section was all open, so the noise from the huge bar/party crowd, plus the noise from other diners was over the top. I find it disturbing that your rating of noise labels the loudest as "energetic" Open Table should just leave it as quiet to noisy/loud. Please don't assign feelings YOU associate with the noise level. That is not helpful.

The only thing that was surprising was we were there for Sunday Brunch (Fathers Day) and they stop making pancakes at 11 am. On a weekend brunch day? Pancakes are a staple for breakfast/brunch. Was very disappointed to see they were not available when we were there at 11:45 am

Probably ordered the wrong item, crab dip was bland though lathered with gooey cheese. Pretzel was the star!

I love everything about this restaurant. I went for brunch on Mother’s Day and it was perfect. Our server was really friendly and attentive, all food and drinks arrived timely and the food was delicious. I had only dined here once prior to brunch but I’ll definitely be dining here regularly now.
