This small, highly rated vineyard has amassed a cult following from wine enthusiasts around the world. All Jarvis wines undergo cave fermentation and extended bottle aging, only to be released when they are perfectly balanced, elegant, and ready to drink. The evening will begin with champagne followed by a four-course dinner featuring Jarvis Estate’s wines: Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and an exclusive tasting of their rare 2013 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. Christina Clark, Jarvis Estate’s National Representative, will guide you through these superb offerings.
