Le Bar Dough sert une cuisine italienne qui revisite avec brio la cuisine traditionnelle dans un décor de quartier agréable. Le menu du chef Max Mackissock vous propose de petites assiettes créatives, des viandes et du poisson préparées de façon traditionnelle, des pâtes faites à la main et des pizzas cuites sur feu de bois. Ce menu s'apparie harmonieusement à la sélection de cocktails d'inspiration classique, à la carte des vins entièrement italiens, aux fröccs de limoncello faits maison et à une vaste sélection de bières. Veuillez noter que l'établissement prend les réservations pour les sièges du haut et du bas. Le personnel sera heureux de répondre à votre demande chaque fois que possible.

Busy Saturday night, but the waiter was quick and friendly. Ordered the meatball appetizer, which was three small meatballs, $15, in a sauce. Nothing special, also ordered the garlic bread which again, not bad, just ok. My guests ordered the Cacio e Pepe, a bland and disappointing dish, and the Scallop Risotto, at $48, was pricy, spicy, and could have used more scallops The best dish of the night was the Pollo al Limon, great flavor and enjoyed by the table. Can't say the dinner was worth the price, but the restaurant was packed, and I was hoping for a great meal, but left disappointed.

The brunch menu is small, but much isn’t an issue, but it was odd that only an hour into opening, they had no French toast sticks. The monkey bread was okay as a replacement but not what we really wanted. Also, my breakfast sammie was supposed to have arugula on it, but instead it came with gross rough chopped romaine that was starting to brown. It would have been nice if they told me they didn’t have it, so I could decline greens in my sandwich. Overall not bad, but I expected more since it was only an hour into brunch service and the restaurant was not busy. Service was great! The Bloody Mary was amazing too.

Had a lovely experience for a family birthday dinner. Food, drinks and service were outstanding! We ordered every dessert on the menu and they were all fantastic. Already looking forward to a return visit.

This was our first time at Bar Dough but it won’t be the last. We were looking for a new brunch place cannot wait to come back and try out their pastas.

Found this place by accident and we are so happy we did. The service was exceptional and our server was very knowledgeable. We went with his suggestions and it was just what we wanted. Everything we ordered l was outstanding! We will definitely be back when we are down on the front range again.

Overall most of the food was pretty good but we had an odd experience with our service. Our waitress never even introduced herself and was not overly friendly. Fine, we can get over that. Our plates were cleared and when asked if we wanted a box we said yes. Unfortunately they misheard or something because our leftovers were tossed out. There was a lot left so that was disappointing plus it was one of the most expensive items on the menu (&48). The person who tossed them apologized and asked if we got a credit or were comp’d anything and when we said no they rushed off to find our waitress to “take care of us.” But then we were charged the full amount for everything anyways and weren’t even acknowledged that nothing was taken off the bill. Overall turned us off to the spot and we won’t be back.
