First time here. Went to the Brickell location. As it was a work lunch and was convenient for my client (I live in North Dade and the Sunny Isles location is a 5 min drive for me, but have never been although have always been curious). Not the restaurant’s fault but the typical Brickell traffic and parking mess already sets one up. The restaurant was relatively empty which was good because they do bunch up tables really close to each other which in a full restaurant probably makes it hard to focus on one’s own conversation and not the ones happening in the tables right beside. Service was good, no complaints there. The food was underwhelming. I ordered a beef milanesa and between the breading being just average at best and the beef not being tender at all it would never bring me back to the restaurant. We also ordered a provoleta which also was average at best. All in all I’d rather go to a Grazianos or La Estancia, which though a bit more casual have way better food.

Having been a big fan of Baires for years but always choosing the same dishes, I decided to be bold and opt for another favorite, but not one I have ever had at Baires.... mussels in garlic and wine. So disappointing. Overcooked to pretty much no mussels at all! The service was also off and not to the usual standard. I had to ask 3 times before my cocktail finally arrived 25 minutes later and when I had almost finished my dinner. The mussels were also delivered without a dish for the shells, and I had to ask twice for one. They finally delivered a large plate and not a bowl, and there was no room for it on our rable. I was already quite a way through and had to put the shells on the table! Not the usual experience ar Baires. To the point where I may not go back! Whatever you do....don't order mussels!

Todo muy bien en general , la comida como siempre espectacular , lo único que corregiría es el volumen de la música , estaba un punto demasiado fuerte , y al llegar una Srta nos llevó hasta la mesa y nos aclaró que el tiempo de permanencia en la mesa era de dos horas , lo que no me gustó en absoluto sobre todo considerando que el lugar estaba como mucho a un 50 % de capacidad , la verdad no considero afortunado que me digan eso al llegar , que resalto , nunca en mis anteriores visitas me lo habían dicho , y eso que conozco Baires desde que estaban en la calle Washington en south beach , quizás si el manager les esto pueda corregir eso , gracias .
