At this location on US 41 I have always noticed the hostesses are very young and they don’t understand about greeting and smiling, which is actually part of their job. Not the first time been greeted with a sour face and a not so friendly greeting. I told the hostess we had a reservation and of course she did not mark it off so it appeared as though we did not show up. Our server Stacie was absolutely wonderful throughout the experience very attentive and just excellent at her job in every way. One of the young ladies that brought out the food handed me the plate which she was holding with one of their thick cloth napkins, and the plate was extremely hot and burned my hand. I quickly dropped the plate and she clearly noticed and said absolutely nothing. My wife told her she should let people know the plate might be hot and her response was I felt the plate. It was not hot. No apology no acknowledgment. I guess I was wrong. Stacy our server had the manager come out without me even asking he apologized was very kind and I’m sure he probably delivered a teachable moment discussion to the girl that brought out the food. So, Management excellent server excellent again her name is STACEY, but the young people that bring out the food and greet you probably need Customer Service training, at least practice, smiling, and being courteous. The food was mediocre. Several of us got the mahi tacos, and the fish was overcooked and bland. The rest of our food was OK. Gave the overall experience four stars because of our server Stacey. and thank you to Management for caring.

Great place to eat! Outside seating is wonderful! Quick service. Lots of close parking.

I had the black bean tacos and house salad. They were delicious!! Allison is an amazing server and she's always a joy to see!!

Food & drinks were great… service was less than previously encountered at this location. I was disappointed in the time it took for our server to respond to our table.

Kelly and her l colleague were amazing. The food was amazing and came out so quickly. Family and I were amazed. Staff is kind and with a bright smile.

Our favorite go to place for Salmon Always delicious Our server, Danielle was great Elle, who showed us to our table was so welcoming & friendly….thats a rarity these days

Everyone at our table enjoyed their meal. The service was excellent. We dine at Bahama Breeze every time we are in town. Will be back.

Must have been one of the few places open on Thanksgiving, but they were prepared for the crowd. Traditional Thanksgiving fixings or off the regular menu, your choice. Our server was very helpful and diligent.

Dint wait long for our table. Found the music a bit loud on the patio. Food was good. Service was excellent. Very much enjoyed!

There were six of us in a comfortable booth with high backs which amazingly blocked out sound from the packed restaurant. We enjoyed having more than the traditional turkey dinner on the menu, and we were all really pleased with our dinners, drinks, and service. The food and desserts were delicious, and my partner and I have decided to return to Bahama Breeze for next Thanksgiving.
