Music way too loud. Service excellent. Food good but like mist places they font understand medium rare on a hamburger

Service was great, the food was great as always. Our server Sara was on point the entire time we were there. She constantly checked on us, brought us whatever we asked for, and gave us incite on some of the dishes we asked about. Great time and great Father's Day meal.

No fault of our server, he was great. The place itself was not the cleanest ( the restroom was very dirty). The food was overcooked, guacamole wasn't fresh (it was browning), and everything was drowning in sauce. I had never been to one of these, and I don't think I'd be excited to go back based on my experience. I hope the server finds a better restaurant.

Don't bother on holidays. Overbooked, overcooked. Management never should have taken that many people.

Horrible place, wait to be seated is 2hours with reservation and we didn’t receive our food for 1.5 hrs and was cold. Definitely don’t recommend going , I’m definitely never ever going back !

Mother's Day 2024. Had reservations for 5:30 p.m. Took 20 minutes to be seated (the facility was really, really crowded). Staff forgot gluten-free menu, took 15 minutes to return to our table with menu. Ordered drinks and appetizer. 30 minute wait. Ordered dinner - and left at 8 p.m. without having been served. 2.5 hours and no food. Waitstaff had to make three trips to the bar - bar staff kept informing our server that they were "out of that". We noticed that other tables were getting food, some who had come in after we did, but server warned table next to us that there would be at least a 2 hour delay in getting food. Management did not make the rounds of the tables explaining what the problems were (short staff, equipment issues, etc.) but they kept allowing people in the door. The only reason that I have not given a one star review is that, when we requested our bill for the drinks and appetizer the charges were waved. The visit was a complete debacle, other than the two drinks my wife ordered were good, and the coffee that I ordered was passable. Our server seemed to be confused as to what he should be doing; it may have been frustration with things being so far out of control. I really hate leaving poor reviews - but this was a terrible (non) dining experience. I'm sorry to have to make this report - it may be that on any other day the restaurant would have been fine - but we'll never know because management was non-commutative and we won't be going back.

My first, and absolutely my last time there. They ruined our Mother’s Day family gathering that we had reserved ahead of time. We made reservations for 5 pm, and 1.5 hours later, we were finally seated. So, that was just the beginning. After waiting for an hour and a half AFTER our reservation time to get seated, we waited ANOTHER 1.5 hours until we walked out, still hungry, because our food never arrived - and this was after a manager promised to take care of it and get us our meal. THREE HOURS of waiting - with a reservation - and we ended up just getting some crappy fast food from a place nearby and going home alone to eat it. Family gathering ruined, and we weren’t the only ones. Happy Mother’s Day. Major fail, Bahama Breeze, Troy.

We were seated about 45 minutes after our " in time arrival". We were very happy with our food. We thought the drinks we ordered were not very good at all, and they were certainly over priced for what we got. Because of the business of Mother's Day, we made no comment in the restaurant.

I ordered red snapper it was tough and rubbery very over cooked. My son ordered Blackened Mahi-Mahi Tacos fish was also overcooked and very little fish portion in each Taco. My daughter had the Jerk Chicken Pasta and thought it was great. Chocolate Tower desert was very good.
