Went for lunch at noon during the summer. The place was nearly empty, though by 1:00 it began to fill. But it never got noisy, which is a blessing. We wanted an inexpensive lunch, and while this place is not expensive, one cannot really get away without spending at least $15 unless you just want a very light bite. But it was worth that, I think, for the lovely felafel wraps we both had, with a side of some kind of tahini sauce and a nicely dressed lettuce and tomato salad. My lunchmate her wrap, though I somehow managed to finish mine (as always!). The wrap, by the way, was not one of those spongy dough things that clings to the roof of your mouth and is a poor substitute for bread. It had been roasted or otherwise browned, and may have been a large, thin pita--I didn't ask, merely enjoyed.

I love this place. The food is delicious, the cocktails are perfect, and the service is leisurely and responsive. Linger over the mezze plate with assorted dips and pita. Savor the preserved lemon chicken with olives or a kabob with grilled veggies and rice. The decor is chic and stylish without being pretentious. Everyone is friendly from the staff to the patrons. I highly recommend Baboush.

The best Moroccan/middle eastern food I have EVER had in Dallas. Food quality is like a really expensive restaurant. Everything was delicious - favorites include the lamb hummus, the muhammara and the baboush kofta. And the service was attentive and informed. We’ll be back very soon - Highly recommend!

Great place for date night. Food was fresh and flavorful! Each of our 4 different dishes were perfectly prepared. We had appetizers Hummus and Beef Cigar were excellent. Live music was really good although very loud. Interior is really nicely decorated and clean. Great service, thank you Mohammed !
