b. Matthew’s Eatery is a one-of-a-kind bistro serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch in a renovated historic building in Savannah’s Historic Landmark District.

What started out as a casual deli and bakery has evolved into a full-service eatery with menus that feature a variety of traditional and southern-style dishes. We use fresh, seasonal, high-quality ingredients and source locally when possible. You won't want to miss our famous Fried Green Tomatoes or Shrimp & Grits when you visit Savannah!

Serving delicious, approachable food and drinks in a uniquely beautiful, family friendly atmosphere with exceptional guest service is our specialty!

Weekday brunch. Coffee, Avocado Toast, Sprouts, Grits, Yogurt. All amazing Don’t believe any other reviews that are less than 5 stars because those people stink. Nice.

This was first time eating at B Matthew's. The ambience was nice in that not loud like most of restaurants in downtown Savannah. The food was good and server was friendly. No complaints

Made the reservation for dinner, not realizing this restaurant was known for brunch. Wasn't impressed with dinner, steak undercooked, sent back twice. Biscuits were good, although tiny. Would come back to try brunch, but definitely not a dinner place.

The food and the service was spot on. We will definitely be coming back the next time we are in town! I highly recommend the Shrimp and Grits. So much food, and so delicious!

Savannah Red Rice and Shrimp had great flavor and the right amount of spice. The vegetable risotto with salmon was absolutely amazing. Had the best brownie I’ve ever had for dessert.

Loved eating here. We made reservations so we were seated quickly & easily. Our waitress gave us helpful recommendations & we had great service. The biscuit with fried chicken, gravy, & pimento cheese was life changing. Fried green tomatoes had great flavor!

The service was great. We had amazing craft cocktails and ordered food. It came out so quickly that we weren’t finished our drinks. We wanted to linger a bit and then have wine with dinner. Would recommend ordering a bit later. Food was outstanding. Will come again!

The service was done, the ambiance was nice, but the food was genuinely awful. I got the pork chop, which was so incredibly dry. This was only made worse by only being given a butter knife to attempt to saw through it with. My wife had the salmon and she tried to eat it, but had to give up on it because of how salty it was. I tried to a bite, and I was shocked that a chef could possibly make a simple piece of salmon that badly. Won't visit again.
