Customer Service was great and food was good. You will run into a mixed crowd as this restaurant is connected to a hotel. Nothing wrong with the crowd, just more of situational awareness as families maybe checking out getting breakfast with suitcases, which may take up space while dining.

Fantastic experience ! Our waitress Lizbeth was amazing. Food & wine was perfect. Can’t wait to go back ! Thank you all for a great nite with my party of 4.

If you are coming here, even with a reservation, be wary that service can be minimal and the offerings severely reduced as it seems staffing the restaurant appropriately is an ongoing issue. The staff tries their best and is courteous but even with reservations (and it was for a planned family gathering) we were not accommodated as expected and it was extremely disappointing to me despite how professionally we were treated. Food selection is great in a good day. Hit or miss here.

Food was actually good. Plates came out hot and tasty. The service was extremely lacking. 15 min to get a drink after our order (and it wasn't even crowded). Then the drinks were incorrect. (no tonic in the V&T, and given the wrong beer). Noted that a group of people at the bar were getting frustrated and departed quickly. Just not a good experience.

Our party of four had a tremendous experience on June 8th. Fortunately, there were no ballgames or arena events, so it was a quiet night. Our server greeted us enthusiastically and seated us. She was friendly, efficient and attentive during our entire dinner. The menu is very limited, but we found two great happy hour appetizers to try, friend ravioli and crab dip pizza. We enjoyed both. Three of us opted for the drink of the day, a citrus mojito which we loved. One person had an espresso martini which was slightly different than expected, but still very good. For dinner, three of us had the crab cakes which were tasty, but not exactly what was expected being in Baltimore. The fourth person had a NY strip that was out of the world good! It was think, yet tender and cooked to perfection. We finished dinner with shared desserts of apple cake and espresso gelato. Again, they didn't disappoint. We were completely satisfied with our meal and dining experience. I would recommend it highly.

Waited 30 minutes to get water. Had to ask several times about drinks we ordered. Had to go to the kitchen to get condiments that we asked for 3 times. It was a concert night so the place was busy. Management should have staffed up. I would say this was an anomaly but everyday lunch service has slow service as well. If you go before a show allow twice amount of time you would expect.

We had a reservation for 8pm on Saturday. When we arrived we were told that the chef left and that we could only order drinks. We had been traveling all afternoon and had our two young children with us, so we had to leave and find another restaurant that would serve us food. We understand that business may have been slow, which would prompt the chef to leave. However, since we had a reservation, the restaurant had my contact information. The host should have called to let me know that my reservation would need to canceled.
