Aveika Restaurant & Late Bar is a modern, creative Asian Inspired & Grill that takes its inspiration from the Japanese concept of an ‘Izakaya’. Aveika is a sophisticated establishment where the atmosphere is both stylish and vibrant.

The Robata grill serves a wide range of locally sourced meats and poultry, organic vegetables and seafood, prepared and served with in-house sauces and marinades.

Our style of food is ‘authentic yet not traditional’, a modern interpretation of traditional Asian inspired cuisine, where the emphasis is centred on creating a harmony of flavours.

Our sushi bar offers wide variety of fresh fish for use as sashimi, nigiri, maki and speciality rolls.

    I love Aveika and the food however the lighting in the restaurant is shocking. It's so dark you need to put the torch on your phone on to see the menu and see what you're actually eating. A, but extra, lighting isn't going to affect the ambience. The only thing that does affect that is the noise from the bar. Jeeze it is so loud. Perhaps creating a separate area for the restaurant to cut out the extremely loud chatter from the bar downstairs would be ideal.

    Can’t beat the food, can’t say the same about the service. we were a group of 6 girls and had a large group of young men doing a bottomless bunch behind us, we couldn’t hear each other and the staff seemed to be fine with them.

    Shocking, took booking but Aveika was closed. Then had to try and find a different restaurant at short notice which was difficult. Won't be returning

    The food was lovely, the ambience was fine. The service was great and we enjoyed the food very much. Staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. They helped us prepare a nice dessert as a Birthday celebration. We really had a good time out. Thank you Aveika!

    Did not realize we would be dining in a nightclub. Photos and descriptions from OpenTable did not represent what we experienced. Couldn’t hear each talk due to the proximity of the eating area and bar/nightclub. Had one small plate which was fine and a drink and left. Didn’t have all the selection on the menu available the night we were in.

    The food was gorgeous, the service was outstanding. The music was quite loud but you could still hold a conversation.
