The evening will be hosted by Jason Lett, a second-generation winemaker and steward of one of Willamette Valley’s most prestigious wineries. This unique event invites guests to experience Eyrie’s dedication to crafting wines naturally and patiently. Using traditional techniques such as native yeast fermentation for reds, skin contact for whites, and full natural malolactic fermentation, Eyrie creates complex and expressive wines that stand the test of time.
