L'Atlas propose le meilleur de la cuisine américaine saisonnière à l'influence européenne, mettant l'accent sur les ingrédients frais provenant des fermes locales. Situé dans le The St. Regis Atlanta, ce restaurant vous fera découvrir une expérience culinaire inégalée du Capitole au Sud. Il est en outre dirigé par les chefs encensés Gerry Klaskala et Christopher Grossman, ainsi que par le responsable général Jason Babb. Outre le menu, l'Atlas vous fera vivre une expérience gastronomique différente grâce à ses intérieurs bien conçus. Les murs en vert émeraude laqués sont ornés d'une extraordinaire collection d'art moderne du XXe siècle, de certains artistes mondialement célèbres comme Freud, Chagall, Bacon et Léger. Toutes ces œuvres font partie de la collection Lewis. Chacune a été sélectionnée et placée avec soin pour que vous puissiez en profiter. Le guide Zagat a récompensé le restaurant du titre "Le Plus Attendu" en 2015.

The lead server was great but his team was weak, left many dishes on table, the wine/mocktail pairing arrived after the dish, the food and drink were great just the timing and busing were off. One pairing was missed. Went to Lazy Beaty three days prior and they set a much higher bar of service.

Atlanta's best restaurant and a Michelin One star. My wife and I dined their on date night and we enjoyed the chef's menu. Enjoyed the nine course meal plus six extras. The tasting included caviar, borscht, scallop, green egg & ham, grouper, squab, wagyu beef, sherbert and a special "gold" egg desert. We also enjoyed the wine selections and capacino. Additionally, I have never liked caviar or borscht but truely enjoyed the chef's creations. What a great experience! We look forward to our next dining experience at Atlas.

I’ve had the pleasure of dining at Atlas for years…and I’m still always caught off guard by the creativity and deliciousness of the food. Chef Freddy and his team never cease to amaze me! So, I will continue dining here for years to come! An evening at Atlas is truly an experience…and worth every penny!

A beautiful and elegant setting.The food was amazing and incredible. A mindblowing and creative blend of flavors and textures, presented as elegantly as you can imagine. The servers were always there when needed, but were never intrusive. Everyone was warm, friendly, and casual despite the formal setting. This is certainly an expensive restaurant, but you are paying for the highest quality food, service, and ambience. This is a wonderful place for very special occasions.

My wife and I came to Atlas for our 19th anniversary. I did a bunch of research on the best dining experiences in Atlanta and Atlas came up over and over. It did not disappoint, the food was everything we hoped and even exceeded our expectations. The wait staff did a fantastic job explaining each course and making us feel welcome which we appreciated because this was our first time at a restaurant. We were wonderfully pampered and would recommend this to anyone looking for a new dining experience.

Overall a positive experience. We went for the Chef’s tasting menu. Service and atmosphere were very good; food quality was variable. Some are really good; others were OK. For example, we had a fish dish and a bird dish: the bird dish was very salty and the fish (grouper) was dry. We did mention that the bird was salty. No one from the kitchen came out to explain. So we just stayed focusing on enjoying the evening without saying much about the grouper dish. Presentations were very good.

Exceptional food. Not pretentious. Surprised had to ask twice for a water refill. Seats near bar a bit noisy.

We had the tasting menu with the wine pairing. The food was exceptionally delicious and imaginative. The wines chosen paired perfectly. The courses were well timed. The staff was proficient and friendly. We had a truly wonderful experience.
