The main dining room is too bright and loud. I preferred the bar area for dining.

Went to celebrate my husband's birthday. The food was amazing. All staff seemed overworked and unhappy, and therefore, customer service was mediocre. Our server forgot our drinks from the bar. We reminded her, and she brought us room temperature drinks after they had sat at the bar for the majority of our time in the restaurant (over an hour). We noticed the table behind us who sat 30 mins after us had received their drinks before us, which promoted us to ask about ours. I'm pregnant and asked for a mocktail. My drink tasted as if it had liquor in it. Therefore, I could not drink it. This was our first visit in about 10 years to the Atl fish market. Our last experience was top-notch. We did understand its valentines weekend, which we packed our patience and grace, but it was not up to par. We are big on customer service and tip extremely well at every restaurant we attend. We will try again on a not so busy day in hopes of rectifying our experience.

The food was very good! I had the red snapper an my husband had friend shrimp. This was a hard decision for us because there was so much to choose from. The waiter was very nice but not very attentive. We had to flag him down if we needed something and one time we never got what we asked for from him. I think maybe they must have been short handed. It's worth the trip because the food taste soooo good!

My original reservation was for 10 people for a birthday. 5 of us arrived on time, 4 were late due to weather conditions (they were on the way) and 1 cancelled. The 5 of us asked to be seated first because we wanted to order drinks and get settled. The manager was very rude and told us he couldn’t seat us until everyone arrived. We decided to go ahead and tell him the reservations was for 5 because we wanted to sit down. As soon as we got to our table, (small and round) everyone else arrived (within 7 minutes). There was not enough room; first they wanted to put another square table close to the round one (didn’t work). We asked to be moved somewhere else and they moved us to the back room that was dingy, dirty, and dark lighting. I was appalled and will NEVER return. The manager rolled his eyes at us and did not accommodate at all. Our birthday person didn’t receive a birthday dessert and the to go bags were plastic when other guests at other tables were given large paper bags for their food. Very unprofessional and rude. I have patronized this restaurant for years and this was awful. 🥺

I had a reservation for 8:30 PM on Valentine’s Day, and when I arrived, the situation was quite chaotic. People who had already checked in were clustered around the counter, which made it difficult to even check in myself. Once I was finally checked in, the wait wasn’t too long. However, a few menu items were out of stock, and the food we did receive was just okay—not quite what I expected for the occasion.

Big Brian was the best server last night!! Great personality and very attentive!! Food is always amazing at Atlanta Fish Market. Service is always great too. Last night was so fun!!! Looking forward to visiting again soon

Literal chaos during the check in process. No one knew what to do it was like the first day they opened or something. I get it. It’s Valentine’s Day, but that was my first experience there and the lack of communication and frustration from the soft spoken frazzled staff was enough for me to never return. Creating two lines for checked in and awaiting check in should no have been that chaotic. We were sat an hour past our reservation time. There was one waitress attempting to keep the morale up. She deserves 5 stars. You just find out what your team is made of during busy times and this team needs a better leader. The manager is not ready to lead a restaurant like this. The food was good. The ONLY redeeming quality. The energy was very be grateful, but we’re still going to overcharge you for a $8 side of creamed corn.
