Very attentive staff. Clean and happy ambiance. Good for for families, a casual date or just to get a drink and socialize with friends.

Mario’s was a great server and the food was delicious! The free valet parking was a huge plus!

We order the Kolokithia, breaded zucchini which was really oily and not tasty. Also ordered the Yiouvetski, which is supposed to be braised beef in tomato sauce with orzo and cheese, but there was no meat, it was more of a braised beef sauce. This one was actually really tasty but they should mention “sauce” so we are not expecting meat on this plate.

Overall, great starting off our date night. Service, ambiance, and food was great. My beef in my meal was a little tough but the overall flavor was spot on.

A wonderful evening dinner. We made reservations at Athena during Chicago restaurant week. I ordered a meal based on the restaurant specials. My wife ordered off of the menu. The food was amazing. We love Greek food. The food compared closely to the food food we had during our visit to Greece last summer. The server was attentive. He added to the positive experience in a subtle way.

Excellent service. Overall food was delicious. One entree was a little on the salty side. Great value on the restaurant week menu with large portions and 3 courses with lots of great choices.
