One of the prettiest and long-lived restaurants in Boca Raton, Arturo's (featuring Northern Italian fare) is owned and run by consummate restaurateurs Vincenzo and Rosaria Gismondi. Their tuxedo-clad staff are attentive and friendly, and do their best to inform you about, and not just serve, the excellent food.
Arturo's has a number of distinctive and attractive features. The antipasti trolley is filled with a mammoth selection of traditional Italian dishes (don't picture the usual salads - we have enjoyed crab dishes, pastas, stone crabs, grilled eggplant, layered pastries stuffed with veggies and cheeses, smoked salmon, etc). It is marvelous, and, at a very reasonable cost, a terrific way to dine. Due to market fluctuations, some dishes may be priced separately, so be sure to ask if anything on the trolley is not included in the one price given. Entrees are also wonderful. The Dover sole is something to behold, the meats are tender and perfectly prepared in many ways.

The tuna tartar was beautifully prepared, as was the Caesar salad. The veal chops were also excellent as was the pasta with clam sauce!

Old world elegance setting. Very nice. We all enjoyed our dinners and apps. Great value for food quality. Would definitely dine there again.

Arturo’s is in a class by itself! Elegance, impeccable service and incomparable food all combine to create a memorable dining experience. From a well-made martini at the bar in the charming company of bartender Lou and his wife, to the excellent service from Nuri and Jake, Arturo’s simply breezes past its competition. There is something irrefragably superior about a restaurant that has been in business 70 plus years managed by the same family! There is just no way to duplicate the depth and layering of the quality and the hospitality. Just chatting with Vincenzo, the second generation owner, is a privilege and a real pleasure. Arturo’s needs no recommendation from me, as its success is palpable, but nonetheless I have to say that if you are in Boca Raton you absolutely must dine at Arturo’s.

This was the first time here. I chose it for a good friend's birthday. The waiter immediately put out fresh hot breads. It came with a white butter spread and homemade hummus spread, delicious. Weboth ordered the Dover Sole in Champagne Sauce. The waiter deboned it on a rolling table in front of us. He then with a portable stove heated up the sauce and then spooned it on the fish. Have had Dover Sole numerous times, but not like this. It was soft but firm and wonderful. I am not a dessert person, but my friend asked me to share. He ordered A Cassaeta sponge cake with a chocolate icing and thin creme filling. I must admit pretty good, not that sweet. The waiter was friendly and too notch. In all the meal and experience were superb
