One of the prettiest and long-lived restaurants in Boca Raton, Arturo's (featuring Northern Italian fare) is owned and run by consummate restaurateurs Vincenzo and Rosaria Gismondi. Their tuxedo-clad staff are attentive and friendly, and do their best to inform you about, and not just serve, the excellent food.
Arturo's has a number of distinctive and attractive features. The antipasti trolley is filled with a mammoth selection of traditional Italian dishes (don't picture the usual salads - we have enjoyed crab dishes, pastas, stone crabs, grilled eggplant, layered pastries stuffed with veggies and cheeses, smoked salmon, etc). It is marvelous, and, at a very reasonable cost, a terrific way to dine. Due to market fluctuations, some dishes may be priced separately, so be sure to ask if anything on the trolley is not included in the one price given. Entrees are also wonderful. The Dover sole is something to behold, the meats are tender and perfectly prepared in many ways.

The most fantastic place to get a nice veal dinner, whenever we dine at Arturos we are taken back to our memorable nights in NYC ….. Wine selection is fantastic, as is the staff, the owners, and of course, the bartender! Such a great selection to tempt your palate!

2nd time here. I took a mother and son neighbors. I told 1 to order Dover Sole in Champagne Sauce. It is deboned at the table and then the sauce is heated up on a portable pilot at the table. She loved it. Her son ordered a special pappiardelle handmade pasta in colognes sauce with meatballs. I had snapper in white wine, garlic , lemon , butter and rosemary , excellent. For dessert I turned them on to Zabagione. It is made at the table. There are fresh strawberries in a dish with vanilla ice cream. The waiter cooks marsala wine in a skillet with six eggs whisky it heats and then pours it over the ice cream and strawberries. It was delicious and rich. The service was impeccable. A terrific meal.

The tuna tartar was beautifully prepared, as was the Caesar salad. The veal chops were also excellent as was the pasta with clam sauce!

Old world elegance setting. Very nice. We all enjoyed our dinners and apps. Great value for food quality. Would definitely dine there again.

Arturo’s is in a class by itself! Elegance, impeccable service and incomparable food all combine to create a memorable dining experience. From a well-made martini at the bar in the charming company of bartender Lou and his wife, to the excellent service from Nuri and Jake, Arturo’s simply breezes past its competition. There is something irrefragably superior about a restaurant that has been in business 70 plus years managed by the same family! There is just no way to duplicate the depth and layering of the quality and the hospitality. Just chatting with Vincenzo, the second generation owner, is a privilege and a real pleasure. Arturo’s needs no recommendation from me, as its success is palpable, but nonetheless I have to say that if you are in Boca Raton you absolutely must dine at Arturo’s.
