Excellent menu complemented by a focused wine list. Knowledgeable and helpful wait staff (Uton was really good - I highly recommend him). Would go back again.

We dined at Artisan Bistro for a special ocassion before attending a Broadway show at the Citizens Opera House. Artisan Bistro is conveniently located near the theatre. The menu offered a variety of food and drink options. The quality and portions were excellent. I thought the drink prices were a bit high, but the wine and liquor pours were generous. The ambiance was relaxed and quiet, even though the restaurant is attached to the Ritz Carlton Hotel lobby.

Delightful pre-event meal. We had a lovely dinner for six people. The staff was attentive, the food was excellent, we were able to hear each other speak and walk to the theatre. It was a perfect start to the evening.

Had my 4 year anniversary dinner there. The staff were pleasant sharp and professional. Bring some cash cause you're getting top dollar quality

Restaurant was excellent. Mouad, our server was knowledgeable and courteous. Drinks are pricey ($20 -$25 each) but well made. Appetizer of lobster cannoli was tasty. Entrees (salmon, halibut) were excellent. Anniversary cake was complimentary and much appreciated. Very quiet restaurant. Perfect evening.

Needing to get to a performance nearby, the way staff were so accommodating in preparing our beverages and meal in a very timely manner. The restaurant did fill up while we were there so I'm glad I made a reservation. Thank you for a great meal!

Went to Artisan Bistro before Les Mis. Food outstanding and the service was both gracious and attentive. Enjoyed the Eat Out Boston menu. Not too noisy or crowded which was just lovely! Thought the drinks were quite pricy ($21/mixed drink). Will go again!
