Le restaurant Ariete est un nourrissant ajout à la scène culinaire de Miami. Il offre une expérience intérieure-extérieure sur une avenue bordée d'arbres luxuriants à Coconut Grove. L'Ariete propose une cuisine innovante dans un concept où l'Amérique rencontre le Nouveau Monde. Vous vous y sentirez comme dans un souper familial et convivial du dimanche. Le menu propose des plats et des petites assiettes à partager qui tournent autour d'un gril sur feu de bois. Parmi les choix, vous trouverez du foie gras et des bananes plantains, des charcuteries maison, du tartare de gibier et des beignes à l'orange avec marmelade d'ananas grillé. Les places sont sur le principe du permier arrivé, premier servi.

Impeccable service. Every member of the waitstaff was perfect and the attention to detail was astonishingly good Sommelier was extremely knowledgeable and helpful Wine pairings were really nice & a glass of Krug as an opener a very pleasant surprise Food was “ interesting “, some superb and one or two a bit strange( to our taste) not bad, but just different Smoked Oysters, Venison & Duck exceptional Sound level was extremely high, uncomfortable and we had trouble talking at a small table for two. We asked that it be turned down, which it was a bit but very little help. Decor at best Spartan & chairs uncomfortable, particularly for a 3 1/2 hour 1 Michelin star meal Our table looked into an alleyway , not very nice

The waitress was good and made an effort to accommodate our needs. But honestly for a Michelin Star restaurant there is nothing special. The Duck is their signature dish, and my husband liked it, but other than that food, ambience and experience was OK and really expensive.

Awesome!!!!! Of all our dining experiences this was by far the best & top rated for food, atmosphere, staff knowledge…. could go on and on with more positives about this restaurant. No sh!@‼️ he will seriously be missing out on something amazing

This experience was amazing! The service was outstanding and the food was delicious!! We did the Miami Spice menu and had a great time tasting each other’s dishes. All of the courses were unique, creative, and tasty.

Everything was amazing, as expected. Food was to die for. I sat at the bar and the service was excellent. Will definitely be coming back.

We enjoyed finally dining at Ariete and its Spice menu. The service was five star. The food was creative. I don’t think it was a full on melt in your mouth Michelin experience but the high points in flavor were my alternative non-beet opener compliments of the house and the delicious closing key lime bite. Again, all the service was top notch, very knowledgeable, attentive and professional. They shone like their star.

I chose the tasting menu with wine pairings. The food was very good and so was the wine selection. Unfortunately, the restaurant atmosphere is very noisy, with very loud music and noise from the bar, which makes the experience less interesting. The service from the staff is also very good.

Music was loud and not pleasant AC too cold , when I expressed my diacomfort I was told to drink more wine No table cloth Food very good
