Le chef Wolfgang Birk du Area 31 propose un menu de produits frais et de fruits de mer locaux, une cuisine de la côte atlantique préparée avec des influences mondiales. Le nom vient de la zone de pêche 31 délimitée par les Nations Unies et qui englobe les eaux voisinant Miami et la côte de la Floride. L'objectif de cette zone est de soutenir le développement de pêches durables. Le restaurant, avec son ambiance chic, accueille les résidents et les visiteurs depuis son superbe emplacement du 16e étage, tant pour les affaires que pour les loisirs. Vous pourrez dîner à l'intérieur ou sur la grande terrasse qui surplombe la ville de Miami. Le restaurant dispose d'une importante carte de vins haut de gamme et de vins uniques, ainsi qu'une sélection novatrice de cocktails, élaborée par Dean Feddaoui, le barman en chef.

                                                    The food was great and didn't take too long, and we had a fantastic view while we ate. Our server was lovely as well, offered to take multiple pictures of us when we were struggling with it and was very attentive to our table. Would highly recommend the scallops appetizer!

Not to mention the view which was breathtaking. Everything was outstanding. As a professional chef I would strongly recommend this place for a romantic dinner date or anniversary. LOVED IT!!!
