Le chef Wolfgang Birk du Area 31 propose un menu de produits frais et de fruits de mer locaux, une cuisine de la côte atlantique préparée avec des influences mondiales. Le nom vient de la zone de pêche 31 délimitée par les Nations Unies et qui englobe les eaux voisinant Miami et la côte de la Floride. L'objectif de cette zone est de soutenir le développement de pêches durables. Le restaurant, avec son ambiance chic, accueille les résidents et les visiteurs depuis son superbe emplacement du 16e étage, tant pour les affaires que pour les loisirs. Vous pourrez dîner à l'intérieur ou sur la grande terrasse qui surplombe la ville de Miami. We do extensive research of our compset in our area to be sure that we are in the correct price range. Lovely setting with views over the city. The food was great and on balance was worth the price. The drinks were expensive for what they were - 200ml of ice coffee for $8, $10 if you want oat or soya milk. Juices were $15, which were avoided. Steak & eggs were tasty, tuna nicoise salad and acai bowl were all eaten quickly and thoroughly enjoyed!

Area 31 in Miami is a fantastic dining spot. My girlfriend and I had a perfect evening there. David, our waiter, was exceptional, explaining everything clearly and taking great care of us. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The highlight, however, was the stunning view of Miami. I highly recommend Area 31 for its excellent service, great food, and unbeatable view. We will definitely be coming back.

This is the worst place I've been to in the US. The service is the worst, as if I was having dinner at a truck stop somewhere where people don't know manners. I came with my wife and went to take a picture of her, and these waiters took away my unfinished beer and wiped the table! Not only do you not deserve tips, you don't even deserve recommendations to other people!

It saddens me to say that my experience at area 31 was dull , the food was a 3/10 the salmon we ordered was quite tasteless with some sort of unmatching side ( corn- beans and bell pepper) the royal mezze was ok and the lobster mac seems to miss something ! Anyways not the best food i have ever eaten !

We had a wonderful experience. Danny was knowledgeable about the menu and professional. The chef executed our order to perfection and the staff ensured we were enjoying ourselves by constantly looking for ways to accommodate any of our needs/wants. We will definitely come back.
