ARC offers simply inspired, handcrafted fare in a relaxed setting. With its beautiful West Coast views, it’s the perfect place to partake of urban artisanal food created by our Executive Chef, Dana Hauser.

The uniquely curved space is destined to be the spot you’ll come to meet with old friends and new. Enjoy the local in-season items on the daily fresh sheet, or gather at the Chef’s Bench. The bar features local craft beers, world-class wines and cocktails mixed to perfection.

Service was good. Salmon Benedict on the Benedict was cold, and sourdough bread at Shakshuka was not fresh. My husband and I only can say “Happy holidays!” with disappointment because cannot agree with the value.

Our waitress Millan was the best ! We had a great time and the food was super tasty and the portions not too big :)

A small disappointment. We had high expectations for the restaurant’s Christmas Eve menu, but overall the result was unsatisfactory. While the food was okay, the menu didn’t have a single outstanding dish, and in some cases, like the dessert, the quality was quite low. The service was excellent, but the table setting didn’t match the level of the venue. In conclusion, the restaurant didn’t live up to expectations, and the Christmas menu was underwhelming.

Went for brunch today after a few years. The selections were great food tastes good however we weren’t advised by the server that everything was going to come out at the same time as in previous visits the food was staggered with a lot of waiting. Some items were room temperature instead of being hot as usual and everything came out at once. Which meant the food got colder as we were trying to eat it all. We ordered several dishes at once thinking it was going individually when ready and it didn’t. Paying $65 pp for room temperature food was a little disappointing today.

Love the endless brunch selections! Our server was excellent and very attentive. Great way spend time with friends.

Food is ok, felt terrible for a good 4 hours after and was so thirsty after, so they must use a lot of salt. Service was excellent. Not great value for the price IMO

Last minute reservation and what a nice surprise! My daughter and I enjoyed a delicious Province to table price fixe menu when we were wandering during Swiftcouver. The server was great. The food was memorable and delicious. We loved the mushroom tart and baked Alaska. The lingcod was also very good. The only mishap was that only one dessert was brought out with 2 spoons but our regular server recognized that and had it rectified swiftly. A refill of our ice tea earlier in our meal would have been ideal. Other than that- highly enjoyable!
