ARC offers simply inspired, handcrafted fare in a relaxed setting. With its beautiful West Coast views, it’s the perfect place to partake of urban artisanal food created by our Executive Chef, Dana Hauser.

The uniquely curved space is destined to be the spot you’ll come to meet with old friends and new. Enjoy the local in-season items on the daily fresh sheet, or gather at the Chef’s Bench. The bar features local craft beers, world-class wines and cocktails mixed to perfection.

Next, dive into the star of the show: a family-style Rossdown turkey dinner, complete with all the classic trimmings that’ll have you going back for seconds (and maybe thirds). Horrible. Not on par with other restaurants at Fairmont properties. We were expecting something similar to Botanist at the Fairmont Pacific Rim, however the atmosphere was dated, cheap, worn-out and dingy. Seating in the “lounge” were all tall tables with bar stools, so we elected to sit in the dining room - also zero ambiance and felt like a the standard fair of a cheap hotel restaurant but with the prices of a Fairmont. Several tables were so incredibly loud we could not even hold a conversation at our table - a group of about 15 older women probably should have been seated in a private room as the entire restaurant was filled with their screaming and cackling. Overall a completely miserable experience, and not at all what was expected when one thinks of a lunch at the fairmont. I won’t ever come back to this fairmont. To make things worse our glass were dirty, with little black things floating in the water. We ordered 2 cocktails, left and had steak and martinis at Tableau a few blocks away - a much better experience with the atmosphere and elegance that match its prices.

You need to separate your bar music from your fine dining music. To loud, dinning guests all yelling, couldn’t hear. Would have stayed longer and spent more money.

A lovely spot for a nice dinner. Casual enough for jeans and tee shirts, fabulous food and friendly and well informed staff. The rainbow trout was fantastic!

Our server was so excellent - I wish I remembered her name! She was so helpful and friendly - she helped us navigate the menu with our gluten free needs and the food was so delicious! It was a great experience and I’d go back for sure.

Such a beautiful, light bright space! Gorgeous views, love their Provence to Plate menu. Greens are fresh and tasty, delicious cocktails! The staff is very friendly and attentive. Can't wait to go back!
