Les propriétaires Vincenzo et Caterina Varriale redéfinissent l'hospitalité en vous accueillant dans leur plus récent établissement, l'Aqua Blu Kitchen & Cocktails. Ce bar-restaurant unique en son genre propose une variété éclectique de plats, un service dynamique et convivial dans une ambiance chic et sophistiquée. Le menu propose une variation moderne et de saison de la cuisine américaine, avec l'influence des mets internationaux. L'espace vivifiant est composé de plusieurs salles à manger, de trois bars à service complet et d'un salon. Le restaurant est situé au 3410 Route 37 est Toms River, NJ, au pied du pont Seaside. Aqua Blu can host special events for groups of almost any size. A semi-private area offering views of the open kitchen can be reserved for groups of up to 80 guests. The private Rustic Room can accommodate up to 50 guests, and is ideal for both intimate celebrations and high-level business gatherings. The Aqua Blu Banquet Room is also available for large-scale receptions and seated events of up to 140 guests.

We booked late for Valentine’s Day and could only get a high top at the bar. When the hostess called to confirm our reservation she was so kind and asked if we would prefer a regular table in the dining area and if something opened up she would put us in. When we got to the restaurant it was beautiful and decorated with a huge balloon shaped heart for pictures. We didn’t take any, but it was cute. lol. The hostess sat us in a beautifully decorated room, the tables were spaced perfectly so you weren’t sitting too close to anyone and had privacy for conversations. The waiter was very friendly and attentive as well as the runners. We ordered the charcuterie butcher block, seafood tower and hanger steak. Everything was cooked perfectly and served with perfect timing. We finished the meal with the cannoli dessert. The cannoli’s were delicious, and we are tough critics because we are Italian! Lol Bottoms line….. everything was perfect and we look forward to returning!

Probably the worst Christmas Eve dinner we have ever had. Waited 2 hours for our food, an hour and a half just for appetizers to come out. Appetizers were good. Our dinners on the other hand… we had to send back my mom’s dinner bc it was inedible chicken. So she did not eat dinner since we did not want to wait longer for another entree to come out. The salmon I ate 3 bites. The short rib was no way near good quality for you to charge $38. Not worth over $300 for our meal in general. Not one manager came out to apologize for the delay or the bad meal that ruined our Christmas Eve. Never again.

We dined on Christmas Eve and loved the special menu selections! Our servers, Alexa and Jake were excellent!

Went for brunch and was surprised to find a DJ with loud music. I enjoy music like anyone, and he played great music, but it was more fitting for a Friday or Saturday night, plus it was football Sunday. Just a little out of place. Food, drinks & service were great.

We usually have a great meal here but tonight they where off The skirt steaks we ordered where extremely tough One of our dishes where covered with cheese when we asked for no cheese Our waitress was great and the salads where delicious

Beautiful atmosphere, but service falls short. Wait staff should realize that at a long table of 6, only one end of the table can reach the olive oil and butter. Two plates should have been provided. My fish was under seasoned and over cooked, but a tasty brudet sauce. It was a very large portion that had an extremely abundant amount of sauce- but no bread as an accompaniment. Pasta was an additional $10 that I knew I wouldn’t be able to eat. We weren’t asked if food was ok until we were almost finished with the meal. I would try the restaurant again because I liked the atmosphere. The wait staff were very nice, but untrained.
