Les propriétaires Vincenzo et Caterina Varriale redéfinissent l'hospitalité en vous accueillant dans leur plus récent établissement, l'Aqua Blu Kitchen & Cocktails. Ce bar-restaurant unique en son genre propose une variété éclectique de plats, un service dynamique et convivial dans une ambiance chic et sophistiquée. Le menu propose une variation moderne et de saison de la cuisine américaine, avec l'influence des mets internationaux. L'espace vivifiant est composé de plusieurs salles à manger, de trois bars à service complet et d'un salon. Le restaurant est situé au 3410 Route 37 est Toms River, NJ, au pied du pont Seaside. Aqua Blu can host special events for groups of almost any size. A semi-private area offering views of the open kitchen can be reserved for groups of up to 80 guests. The private Rustic Room can accommodate up to 50 guests, and is ideal for both intimate celebrations and high-level business gatherings. The Aqua Blu Banquet Room is also available for large-scale receptions and seated events of up to 140 guests.

My food was delicious and so was the appetizer. I was disappointed because the menu online is not the same in the restaurant. The prices were $10.00 or more in the restaurant. My husband ordered the special and for the price he was very disappointed. I would like to go back, I would love to try the Veal chop parmigiana, but Contemplating.

Mother’s Day Brunch was a bit hectic from the moment we walked in and they had everyone waiting in the small entrance to be seated. It was very disorganized getting everyone seated at the same time which then caused the buffet lines to be crazy long and for the food to be emptied out quickly. Staggering seatings would have put less of impact on the food as it seemed the kitchen couldn’t keep up. Food was beautifully displayed and tasted good. Dessert wasn’t the greatest and was cleaned out before we even got to try any of it. Our server was AMAZING and did a great job! She was super sweet and very attentive. A few tweaks and things would have run smoother. Next year don’t do set seating times or be prepared for those seatings with back up food ready. Also, give more time between your seating so people don’t have to be squished waiting for their table. We were at the 1:15 seating.

I took my family for Mothers Day brunch and was beyond disappointed. From the moment we entered it was chaos.Approximately 70 -100 people waiting to be seated with tables not ready and no manager in sight. The DJ was blasting club like music. They advertised a carving station with no meat available. The food was low quality and the dessert table consisted of donuts, shot glasses of dessert and candy bars. No flowers on table or anything special for the Mothers and it was $60 pp. The worst Mothers Day brunch I ever went to. At least the waitress took one of the meals off. I was so embarrassed that I took my family there.

It’s our favorite place to eat while we are at the Jersey shore. We look forward to having Michael as our waiter. He is truly the best. The food and Michael keep us coming back. Can’t not mention Jake who is always there making sure we have everything we need.

Food was pretty good considering it was a holiday meal/menu. Apps were delish. My burger was great. Sis loved hers too. Mom said crab cakes in the Benedict were just okay. Cocktails were very good too. The service, however was outstanding. I cannot believe how attentive, polite and professional they all were!

the location is very nice looking but the food lacks, the drinks were average no complains there, the service is very good though, very attentive.
