Went to Apex to celebrate my birthday. Summer season is over and we’re coming right into fall so when we arrived at Apex, it was my husband and myself and Another single table occupied. Which did not take away from the service and attitude off the server and servers Collin, our waiter was very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. My husband had a bone in New York State and I had the roasted cauliflower steak. Our appetizer was a heirloom tomato Barada salad Since we were celebrating my birthday, I got a complementary dessert it was Overall, we had a great time and I would definitely recommend to them out beautiful restaurant and a beautiful setting

To be honest with you, I do not feel like this restaurant reaches the level of quality that it should have for the price that you pay. Especially compared to other less expensive but quality restaurants in town like Tuscany or Francks. Park city has yet to impress me with food. As a world class travel location they really miss the mark. The bread and steak were nice. My mashed potatoes were pourable. In my opinion this is a horrible offense. Where is the salad menu? Where are the vegetable options? Where are the potato options? The truffle mac and cheese tasted freezer burned. Our dessert was beautifully presented. To be honest it was art, but horrible too sweet. We had both the Angels Landing and Smoke Show. The sour passion fruit mixed with the candied crumble and chocolate pudding was so sour yet excessively sweet. I could taste no chocolate. I felt sick after eating some. The smoke show had an overly sweet interior of peach. And the whiskey caramel was bitter. I have to give them credit for presentation because that was beautiful. The servers were quality. The staff was nice. I just hated the menu. And the food was honestly a mixed bag. I liked some parts but they ultimately failed at things I felt were important.

Not a bad brunch but very pricey. The setting is stunning, the service is excellent but there isn't anything exceptional about the food that merits such a high price. We enjoyed it but can't say we'd do it again.

Summer “brunch” much less extensive than winter and selections were very limited. We were told it came with canapés midway through meal and we never got ours but wasn’t a huge deal bc half our table didn’t eat meat and 2 of the canapés we were told we would get had prosciutto and beef. Would not return for brunch during summer. Love the reg menu and winter brunch but this just wasn’t worth the price.

Sunday Brunch was $69 pp ++. The appetizers and dessert were buffet style and then you chose one entrée. No beverage included. I’m not a big eater so I liked the lighter style, but my husband was disappointed that this wasn’t a typical brunch buffet with an omelette station, potatoes, bacon and the works. It’s very limited but delicious.

Beautiful hotel year round. We were attending a birthday, waiter was very sweet. Brought a lovely dessert for the birthday boy. However, we ordered one medium steak and one medium rare. Both way overcooked. Zero color inside. They did comp us dessert. I wish they held a nicer dress code, one table next to us in blazers, the other still wet from the pool. Not appropriate in the nicer of the two restaurants.

The Montage restaurant was short staffed and our table was somehow forgotten. The hostess finally had to jump in and take out order and serve us.
