L'Antico Posto (ou « vieil endroit ») est un intime café italien et bar à vin, soigneusement caché au Oakbrook Center Mall. Loved that they have a gluten free menu that included more than salads. Food was so tasty. Our server was fantastic!

Our server could not have been more attentive, helpful and informed. Food, as always, was excellent. Noise level was moderate. We were able to have a conversation but at some points it was a little difficult to hear my friend.

The wait staff greeted us with robust enthusiasm as we returned for a redo from a previous substandard sitting. This time they knocked it out of the park. The antipasti included a burrata plate that was outstanding in taste, texture and value as presented on a happy hour special menu. The chicken pomodoro was gallantly prepared with a generous speckling of mozzarella in a marinara sauce. The white fish encrusted with pistachios is always a sure choice. Elevated on a mash potato and spinach plateau, the harmony of flavors and palate pampering is memorable. Thanks to Tom Walton for bringing me back (home)!

Our first time and it was great! Great food and service. Plus very gluten-free conscious with lots of options for my wife who has celiacs.

My wife and I had a great dining experience. This was our first time at Antico Posto. The atmosphere was vibrant and the background music made it even more enjoyable. We started with the chicken meatballs were probably the best appetizer we have ever eaten. The gold beet salad was so well balanced. Arugala, salata ricotta, tangerine, beets, avocado and dressing was molto bene! The chicken parmesian was cooked to perfection for my wife as it should be and properly with a crispy, cheese topped chicken with angel hair pasta and sauce. The Sunday Cavatelli with a beef and pepperoni ragu was one of the most flavorful dishes I have ever had. The pasta for both dishes were aldente. The menu is not large but the flavors are! Despite being very busy the service was spot on and attentive and was able to take the time to talk about the wonderful dishes. There is a special entree every day of the week. Antico Posto is truly a Gem. We highly recommend dining for lunch or dinner!

I went to Antico for my birthday dinner. It was amazing as always. Meno was our waiter and he is absolutely the best. He is so personable and just fun to talk to.

Excellent food service was outstanding. Sat outside which was nice seemed noisy inside. Staff and service were very good, friendly and engaging. Food is excellent. We will be back.
