            Out of all the times we have been here this was not the best experience/ the food and ambience is impeccable. However the surface was delayed. Had to flag down staff for beverages and to remove dishes from table.

            Ancaster Mill exceeded our expectations! From the moment you walk in you are greeted pleasantly by the steward. Polite at the front desk. Ambience is upbeat and welcoming. Food is superb, we were blown away by the options. Wish we were told about the two hour limit. Not sure but why this was necessary, when booking we selected special occasion as we were celebrating a very important milestone in our son's life. Other than that the experience was exceptional! Service was great! Always tending to their tables. Incredible atmosphere, variety on the menu for everyone, and very welcoming!

            The service of the staff and the overall ambiance was amazing. Food however was not my favourite. Lilly won’t be back for brunch again but maybe dinner instead.

            I enjoyed our experience and the food was great! It took longer then we anticipated although our waitress communicated that to us so we were able to order an appetizer to keep us from being too hungry. We really appreciated the valet service the gentleman that helped us was fabulous! We definitely will be back

            Beautiful and cozy restaurant. Hidden from the outside, what makes it very romantic. I little bit noisy, but it’s understandable as it’s pretty big and you can’t “shish… some guests “))) Attentive and pleasant service. Tasty food with wonderful presentation. The view of the fall is amazing. Would be back

            Deserts are too sweet, should be less sugar, I would add more options- ice cream more flavours kids love it , I do not like to see how napkins or somethings arrived on the near empty table or seat, if you handle heavy items might you need a service cart Not only the view of waterfall make sense , but clean washroom floors , some of build in furniture need to be professionally cleaned Good place for a one visit for now if you make changes yes I would recommend

            Great place to celebrate our Anniversary. Views, service, food and staff (especially our host Betty who knew what would impress my wife) were all over-the-top amazing. Thank you.

            I really wanted to order the Steak Frits, and wish I had. But since I was a guest of my friend, I went with the hamburger. It was the strangest tasting hamburger I’ve ever had. Oh, the meat was well cooked, I just don’t know what the ‘sauce’ was. I ate half the hamburger, told my friend I was full and would enjoy it at dinner. The waiter brought me a take- home box. The French fries were untouched. They were hard as a rock - it must be impossible to deep fry such incredibly skinny long bits of potato. I took the half hamburger (on the burnt bun) with me, and I threw it in the garbage when I got home. If I had not been the guest of someone I hardly knew, I would have spoken up, sent it back, and ordered something else. I’m sad about it, because everything else about the place was great - the location, the wonderful reception by staff on arrival, the very handsome waiter, the views. Maybe I’ll come back for Brunch someday, or for High Tea. Oh, by the way, my host said her fish sandwich was delicious. She too could not eat the fries. The Bailey’s Coffee as my dessert was DIVINE!!             Would like more Gluten-free options on the menu especially desserts. The wait for our food was exceptionally long. No Gluten-free bread options, so a 40 minute wait is not acceptable. Waitress was very helpful.
