This restaurant used to be one of my to go places because of its good food, drinks, atmosphere, and perfect location of course. I have been regularly visiting here for the past few years, at least once a month, however I will definitely stop doing that so because of one important thing: Some staff do not behave respectfully and professionally recently. Just wanted to raise a serious concern to the owners and managers that the sustainability of growth and reputation comes from the satisfaction, peace of mind, an enjoyable experience of customers for each time of their visit. Not only yesterday but a few other times recently, we didn't find the employees who were serving us and their direct supervisors helpful and respectful which made the whole experience disappointing for us rather than being peaceful. Issues are too much to discuss here so I leave the details for now. I understand the busier and the bigger the place, the more staff you need to handle and good and bad mix together, however, I'm pretty sure by making a better funnel and training they'll be able to select and teach if their goal is to make a memorable experience and not only to serve a good food.

Had a great visit. Food was delish, the server was attentive and the views were stunning. The only complaint is that our food took almost an hour to be delivered. Not sure how that happened. Will visit again.

I wish i could remember his name but our server was amazing, two kids lives nearby i think his kids were 13/10 ish but just an outstanding addition to your team. Give that man a raise

Server brought wrong food and almost never came back. Waited 25 minutes for the bill. No discount offered or any attempt to make things right. Waste of money.

It was not my first time in Amsterdam brew house. I was there more than 50 times before. Nut this time I was really disappointed. I had a very special guest and I invited him there. But unfortunately the welcoming lady was very very very impolite and rude. She ruined my night. I'll never recommended Amsterdam to anyone.

The washrooms were filthy, and it was so hot in there. Also an extra $2.50 charge for that small cheese was outrageous.

We seem to have highs and lows every time we visit. The hostess wanted to sit us in a very packed area. I asked to move then she placed us in an area that was more open but then later had us move back to the jammed area as the server wasn’t on shift yet. I had asked to sit on the patio and was denied twice- saying I had to enter from another door???? Hmmm… I felt very rushed to order and chlosterphobic. We had ordered drinks and kept asked anything else anything else. I felt pressured to order apps and mains. The apps came and before they were done our mains came. Very little room on the table. I always thought mains came out after apps were done and cleared from the table. I get that it was a busy weekend but you should not make your customers feel rushed. They are paying so a little bit of a relaxing feel would have been welcomed. The food was good. We always make a stop there whenever we are in town. But this may not be on our list next time. Thank you.

I have been to amsterdam a lot of times but this time food quality was not as expected. We ordered a margarita, spinach artichoke dip, fish and chips and wings. Fish was overcooked and chicken was too. I expect more than this from the restaurant. Overall experience was just okay.
