Excellent evening and dining experience in every way. We were all happy with what we ordered. Servers were excellent. Our table was perfect. Two of us had not been in quite a while and we were delighted to be reminded of this fine choice.

Not authentic Italian. They used bacon instead of real guanciale. Not Italian pizza. Just regular los Angeles pizza. Like an oven pizza at home. Their sausage wasn't real Italian sausage either. Just sliced up links of sausage. Real Italian salsiccia, one removes the casing and then uses the insides in the dish. Bread was stale. Overpriced wine.

Had an early dinner, 6pm. Restaurant was not very busy but there were two tables that were basically pushed together with about 4 or 5 adults and 6 or 7 young children. The kids acted like they were at Chuck E Cheese, up and down from the table, standing to eat, moving around the tables. The adults did nothing to correct the behavior. One of the managers came to our table and apologized and said he couldn't do anything and was hoping they would soon leave. On our way out (they were there when we arrived and still there when we had had enough) I made eye contact with one of the adults and said "REALLY?" He just shrugged his shoulders. Food was mediocre. My husband and I shared a salad and a pasta course and had three glasses of wine and the bill came to $97 before tax and tip. Server was great. Won't be returning soon and we have dined there many times over the past 15 years.
