Established in 2010, We take great pride in being Greenpoint’s first and only classic steak house. Our kitchen is a full two-stories, equipped with three refrigerators for beer, seafood, vegetables and steaks. Our state-of-the-art kitchen also boasts smokers, steamers and broilers on which the chef can cook multiple steaks at once. We look forward to serving our community of Greenpoint for many years.

We provide you a range of steak options from an eight-ounce filet mignon to a 48-ounce porterhouse (for two) in a cozy ambiance. An excellent selection of fish and seafood is also available. We have a fully-stocked bar, including an extensive wine and bourbon list. Enjoy your steak at Greenpoint’s first steak house.

Service was not as it normally has been in the past. Typically it is excellent but this time it was slow and we did not get all of the items we ordered.

From the second I entered the restaurant, the staff was very friendly and the food was amazing. Ordered the porterhouse for two with a side of mash potatoes and asparagus which was the perfect portion for two people as I was with my husband. We thoroughly enjoyed everything, from the presentation to the last bite of meat. Including the ambiance, it made the experience overall an easy 5 stars. Will definitely be returning!!

We went there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, we had an amazing time, the food was delicious, service was excellent. We will definitely go back

I had high expectations for this place but was disappointed. We ordered the seafood tower for 2, Ceasar salad, and thick bacon for apps. The ceviche and shrimp were good but oysters were fishy and the mussels had zero flavor. The Ceasar salad was terrible. It looked and tasted like it was poured out of a bag using iceberg lettuce and they had the nerve to charge $18 dollars for it. Was a $5 dollar salad at best. The bacon was the best part of the apps but it’s bacon. For main we ordered 24 bone in rib eye and Mac and cheese. Steak was alright but underwhelming compared to other steakhouses with similar priced steaks. Over all i wasn’t impressed and thought it was sub par

It was our first time at Amber Steak House. It's a little pricey, but worth it. The food was Delicious and our Waiter was awesome. The person helping him could have been better but overall we had a great dinner. We would definitely go back.

The shrimp scampi with pasta was not robust in garlic and under salted. All other entrees and appetizers were great! Very attentive service!

Beautiful interior, great service. The rib eye was cooked perfectly and well seasoned. Nice selection of cocktails- peach cosmo was delicious.
