I call it the "speakeasy". There's no sign outside to tell you there's a restaurant inside. And it's a world-class restaurant! The food is delicious, the menu has something for everyone, and the service is perfect! Come and have a great meal in the speakeasy!

The food was cooked to perfection. Choices for each course were a great selection. Allowing a taste of different wines before selecting one was very helpful and fun.

We enjoyed the meal, we ordered the burger was very good. Ribeye steak would have liked a better seat on it. Tasting menu overall pretty good

Flights and Bites is a great dining experience! Hors d’oeuvres size deliciousness with perfectly paired wine samples. Different every time! YUM!

My spouse and I shared the Ceaser salad to start. It was very good with anchovies, tomatoes, croutons and parmesan cheese. We both had the salmon which was delicious and then we had the apple tart for dessert. We have our favorite 5 go to restaurants in Pasadena and this is one of them..

I was disappointed that they didn’t do anything to recognize our anniversary and my husband’s birthday (which I noted on the Open Table reservation). My steak was undercooked and although it said it came with green beans on the menu, they were not on my plate. Just undercooked steak and potato wedges. My husband had the chicken and he said it was good. His mashed potatoes were good as well. But underwhelmed and prob won’t be back anytime soon.

Another great meal at Alta Eats, this time sharing the experience with visiting family. Fresh bread, ceasars, duck breast and rack of lamb plus apple tart and chocolate pot au crème, washed down by a nice pinot noir, for the win! And our server Marisol was a joy. A neigborhood treasure.
