It was our first time experience at Alloy. The server was robotic, inattentive and cocky. Food was represented banquet food from a four star hotel. Bread service made in house was dry. food lacked seasoning and flavor. The reputation of Alloy did not come close to our expectations.

There was a special/private event tonight that slowed table service and had the wait staff scrambling. We waited a long time for drinks, food order, 30 minutes for our food to come out and then were abandoned for at least another 30 minutes after dinner and had to ask for our cheque. Food and drink was great just wish they had staffed appropriately to support their event and the other patrons. Parking was awful tonight, we had to park across the street and walk across in the dark/rain because the lot was full.

The food was excellent and so is the service. The only downside of Alloy is the acoustics. The hard surfaces make the place very noisy!! But other than that, always a great option!!

Such a wonderful place to celebrate a major anniversary milestone. Our waitress was excellent and able to guide menu choices in consideration of my gluten free needs.

Good food but a bit overpriced. I enjoyed the ambiance but the noise level was a bit loud. Great service.

Tortilla soup and summer salad were very good. Halibut was excellent. Duck breast a bit tough but quite good. Cheese cake was good. But Creamsickle cake was dry without enough sauce. We sent it back - no charge. Wine by the glass - Chablis and Pinot Noir were good but portions were small. Maybe offer a variety of sizes. We like Frank (Sinatra), but the music was too loud and inappropriate for dining and talking with those at your table. Turn the volume down and try some instrumentals.

Have come for years to celebrate our anniversary and, somehow, the experience gets better each year! Superb food and outstanding service…a winning combination!
