    10/10 dining experience. Alligator Soul does just that. The food and ambiance is filled with a warmth that touches your core.

    We have been dining at Alligator Soul for over 10 years, it is our must go place when traveling to Savannah. This time was very disappointing with the drastic changes to their menu. Removing signature dishes like the little hilbo and shrimp and grits ruined the evening. Unfortunately we will not be returning during our next trip, time for a new traditions.

    We've visited Savannah 6 times and we always eat at Alligator Soul. The food is excellent and the menu is creative. The service is always top-notch. The atmosphere is upscale and cool. We also appreciate that clothing standards are enforced.

    Service was impeccable. Nice selection of wines and cocktails. Shared the mushroom salad to start and it was perfect. The Aligator/crabcake entree was delicious as was the swordfish — the chef should bottle and sell the pepper jam condiment! The shared banana/caramel cheesecake desert was the perfect end to the meal.

    The food was delicious. We each had a cup of gumbo. I ordered the daily catch special, swordfish with green beans and crab cake. My friend had the duck. We each had a cocktail and were given a free banana cheesecake due to our poor service and long wait. We are just visiting but would not return nor recommend this restaurant.

    The food, service and atmosphere were all top rate! My husband and I were celebrating our 25th anniversary and the staff brought out a hand written card of congratulations at the end of our dinner with a dessert treat. Nice thoughtful touch.

    Two of the items were the best we’ve ever had at a restaurant: the scallops, and the bread. Service was very good. If you’re in Savannah, this is a must visit.

    Always the number one restaurant when in Savanah. Miss the tee shirts for sale and some smooth jazz.
