The ambiance balances upscale sophistication with a warm, welcoming feel, making it ideal for both special occasions and a memorable night out. We went with the Omakase which offered a variety of options from the menu but the star was obviously the Wagyu, which was incredibly tender and paired well with the variety of salts, adding a unique, personalized touch to each bite. Our server was attentive and happy to offer recommendations that were spot-on. Yes, it’s a bit of a splurge, but for anyone looking to treat themselves to a high-end steakhouse experience, Alexander’s is worth a try.

When we asked for a minor adjustment to the meal, the server told us that the chef was very particular and it needed to stay as is. We waited a long time for the steaks because they said their cooking method was low and slow. None of them was done to the right doneness. The meals are presented by multiple people. The nice thing at the end was the surprise cotton candy - kids loved it. Go to Flemings. A better value and experience.

We end up having to take our food to go because the waiter forgot about us brought our birthday cake out before receiving our food. waiter asked us if there’s anything else they can get for us and we said our food. Overall, that ruined my experience, even though we were compensated

We had a wonderful time. The food was excellent, all the staff were very accommodating, we were late to our reservation time yet they were able to understand and grant our request. Our server name Victor, he was awesome! He is very friendly, nice, knowledgeable about his work specially the menu (ingredients and different kinds and types of beef steak). We will come back here again soon!
