Servant le souper et une nourriture bistro, Alchemy Restaurant and Bar propose une cuisine transformée. Des ingrédients frais et locaux, des cocktails artisanaux et des vins boutique sont privilégiés. Si vous préférez une place à l'extérieur, veuillez l'indiquer lors de votre réservation. C'est un grand honneur d'avoir été nommé un des 100 meilleurs restaurants pour les gourmets par OpenTable en 2015. Si vous ne voyez pas de disponibilité pour l'heure de réservation qui vous convient veuillez appeler et le personnel tentera de vous accommoder. The restaurant and bar are available for private parties from 15 to 80. We are always happy to try and accommodate any sized group. Different venues include our main dining room, seats up to 45, our bar seats 20-30, our parlor seats up to 30, and seasonal patio seating (seats up to 20). We commonly have groups reserve the whole grounds.

My fav restaurant in Ashland. The food is excellent and the service is always spot on!! Seems they always go that extra mile. I like a table in the bar. It has a fun and warm vibe.

We sat outside in the garden and it was delightful. Service was exemplary and the food was fabulous from their soup special through to the chocolate tart honeycomb desert.

Don't let the charming and demure look of this face fool you! This is fine dining at its finest! Thank you for such a beautiful dining experience! I am from Redding but was in Ashland for the evening for an audition, so l decided that I wanted to indulge and try a fancy restaurant while I was there. The Alchemy did not disappoint, the exterior is charming, but everything else about the restaurant offers a punch! The outside garden was beautiful and a perfect setting to eat, because of Ashland's cooler evenings. The food was fantastic! I also chose this restaurant because I wanted to try some different foods. It was my first time trying duck and it was cooked perfectly. The duck with the cohesive, melt in your mouth croissant pot pie was a magical bite! The salad was also a great touch! The truffle pomme frites (french fries) were absolutely too die for. They were so crispy and quite honestly the best fries I've ever had! I ended my dinner with the chocolate fondant! Do not sleep on this dessert! Absolutely heavenly! The rich chocolate, couple with the caramel and passion fruit drizzle and honeycomb, make you sing with each bite! 10/10 dining experience. The service was also great! Shoutout to Alaine who took great care of me! I would say it did take quite awhile to for the main course to come out, but I am not sure if that is because there was an issue or if that was the normal cook time for the duck. However, other than that the service was impeccable! The best part for me though was that I left the restaurant and didn't feel heavy from the food, and was able to make the 2 hour drive back to Redding without feeling uncomfortable or tired from all the food I eat! This must be a testament to how fresh and quality the ingredients are in the food! Bravo! Tutti! And compliments to the chef! Love this place and will definitely be back once I book my next role here!

Absolutely fantastic dining experience. Cocktails were great, food was outstanding. The halibut dish was a clear winner. The staff was hustling, but were so attentive.

We were informed on arrival that they were very busy and we could expect mediocre service, and we should have listened and left right then. We were warned. They had a huge and very noisy event and we were seated within 6 feet of it. It was nearly impossible to carry on a conversation without shouting. Service was slow and inattentive; you shouldn't have to ask for silverware. This is management's fault - if you don't have the staff, don't accept full house booking. Food was decent but for the quality, overpriced. Hint: if you order a steak and want to taste it, ask them to leave off the chimichurri. All in all a disappointing first experience with this restaurant and we won't be going back.
