Leur premier restaurant a ouvert ses portes à Castlefield (Manchester) en 2004 avec un objectif clair : offrir une cuisine de qualité à des clients locaux et à un prix raisonnable dans un espace moderne, élégant avec un service convivial sans prétention. C'est cette philosophie qui a permis à l'établissement de fidéliser de nombreux clients. Le menu peut être qualifié de britannique avec quelques classiques supplémentaires en provenance d'Italie et du monde entier. Le nouvel espace, qui sera créé à partir de l'ancien pub et restaurant New Ellesmere sur la East Lancashire Road, permettra d'ouvrir un espace moderne élégant pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 180 personnes et comportera également une terrasse extérieure pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 60 convives.

The Ellesmere Room located on the first floor, it is named after the cinema that occupied the site many years ago. The Ellesmere is a modern, design led space which can be used for anything from wedding ceremonies to christenings. It can accommodate up to 120 for dining to 200 for parties. It has its own dedicated entrance, private bar and a private heated and covered terrace. All our menus are designed and cooked by the chefs in albert’s, so you can rest assured the food will be as outstanding as our event space. Situated on the ground floor of our main restaurant, The Harold Riley room is perfect for private lunches or dinners or drinks receptions. The private dining room can accommodate up to 40 people and also features its own heated terrace which is the perfect alfresco area in which to enjoy pre-dinner drinks or to let the outside in during the summer months!

Lovely atmosphere before going to the theatre. The main meals should include sauces or be available to add as felt they were a bit dry. The braised beef didn't include gravy or sauce so lacking in that perspective.

My wife and I love eating out at Alberts ( Worsley ) we are never disappointed and yesterday 29/12/24 was no exception, you didn't disappoint. One your waiter's offered to take a photos of us together which is a rarity, my wife Sue shared the lovely photo on social media and boasted where we were. We had a drinks at the bar but found the music a little to loud and Jazz isn't to our taste but it wasn't unpleasant enough for us to move. Little disappointed there was no Xmas tree or maybe we just couldn't see one, the Restaurant was buzzing with a nice relaxing atmosphere, everyone enjoining themselves. The food was cooked exactly as it should be and the flavours just melted in the mouth ( I'm a qualified chef ) . We had a lovely time being Alberts for 2hrs but never rushed, of course we will be back again. A massive thanks to all your staff, have a Prosperous, Healthy and Happy New Year. Kev & Sue

Lovely meal enjoyed by us and the guests we brought with us. The waiting staff were attentive and welcoming. Thanks for a great family meal.

Saturday 28th Dec was a bit quiet so the usual buzz atmosphere was not there, but as usual the food, staff drinks were brilliant. Although it felt very hot in the dining room.

The food and service was excellent!! We ordered some olives for nibbles which were very expensive for what you got, either lower the price or give more in the portion for this as 6 olives wasn’t very good value. We had the fillet steak for two for mains this was a tad smaller than I thought it would be. But it was cooked to perfection, the root veg side was amazing we wish we’d ordered two of these!! Our server was Ellie and she was amazing!! Very attentive and well mannered she was lovely!! Will absolutely be back!

Overall good, but unfortunately today the service let it down which is not usually the case for Albert's and why we continue to eat here as the service received it usually really good.

We had a lovely meal at Albert's Worsley. I thought it was very good value. The service was mainly good although it took a while to order coffee and the bill at the end.
