Oliveto brings Italian cuisine from the heart of the owners and Italian Chefs. Using local produce with the finest Italian ingredients the restaurant prides itself on quality food with a difference in a venue which provides an amazing setting. Whilst dining on excellent cuisine you can enjoy panoramic views of Weymouth Bay and the Jurassic coastline in a relaxed and grand setting. Respecting the building's origins as part of the piers bandstand the restaurant's decor nods to the past incorporating art deco features together with modern design. Excellent service very friendly staff who took time to engage with us when taking our orders. The food was very good and the prices were correct for the quality of the food, overall a very good experience .

We had a great meal at Oliveto on Saturday night. Even though it was dark outside, we had a lovely table next to the picture windows which gives a great view across the bay and along the promonade. My wife had the prawn cocktail, biggest prawns I’ve seen for some time and my mackeral pate was excellent also. Our main meals were equally excellent, salmon Pennette and chicken boscaiola and decent portions too. To be honest you wouldn’t want more. Price wise I’d say Oliveto is very good value and exceeded my expectations. All of the staff members were very plesent, taking the time to chat with us even though they were very busy and even provided a surprise birthday dessert for my wife. We’d definitely book here again when next in Weymouth.

Friendly, professional, welcome and taken direct to table while Maitre de hung coats on hangers. Delightful choice of food and wine. Enjoyable ambience and most enjoyable banter from staff. This is a regular rendezvous, when wishing to impress guest, be they relatives, friends or business associates.

A brilliant place to eat. The location, overlooking the seafront is fantastic and the food was superb. Out waitress, Phoebe, was very attentive, polite and professional . We will definitely be returning soon.

Very good location, superb staff, food was served promptly and was tasty. There was misunderstanding on ordering one meal but when asked, the staff rectified the issue within minutes. We would definitely recommend.

Loved the Starter and Desserts, but the main is not my favourite but my family loves it.

Welcoming atmosphere, good table by a window. Took our coats and hung them up for us. Waited on by Alexandria who was attentive and considerate. The menu contained a good choice and variety of meals. The food was delicious and not a long wait to be served. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and would go again.

Have been coming to weymouth for years but never been to Oliveto until now. Really enjoyed every aspect of my experience. Waitress staff were very quick and professional. Food was delicious and came out very quickly and hot. Price was reasonable for standard of food which was very good. First time at Oliveto’s and will definitely be visiting again in the future.
