Served daily in the majestic, naturally-lit surroundings of the hotel’s dining room, The Lanesborough Grill, afternoon tea is accompanied by a pianist at weekends.

Bridgerton Tea was lovely experience. Service was spotty. It took a very long time to receive requested egg mayonnaise sandwiches. Sandwiches were okay not delicious. Servers weren’t attentive. Beautiful room.

Bad service!! A Disappointing Afternoon Tea Experience!!! I must say, it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The service was subpar. Our server seemed disinterested and inattentive, which set the tone for the rest of our visit. The tea selection was mediocre, and the presentation of the food left much to be desired. The sandwiches were dry, the scones were crumbly, and the pastries were far from fresh. However, the most egregious part of our visit was how our leftover food was handled. After struggling through the underwhelming spread, we decided to take the remaining food home. To our dismay, the staff packed all our leftovers together in a single container. This meant that our delicate pastries were squished against the sandwiches, resulting in a soggy, unappetizing mess. The scones, which we hoped to salvage, were crushed under the weight of the other items. This careless packaging not only ruined what little enjoyment we could have had from the leftovers but also demonstrated a lack of consideration for food quality and customer satisfaction. Today was my mum’s birthday and she was still making her wish and blowing out the candle until we were interrupted by staff holding the bill next to us, completely ruining the moment. It's clear that this restaurant does not pay attention to detail or prioritize their customers' experiences. Overall, our visit was a letdown. The lackluster food, poor service, and appalling way they handled our leftovers ensure that we won't be returning. I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking a pleasant afternoon tea experience.

A pleasant afternoon tea but it didn’t live up to the hotel’s reputation (and the price tag). Service - The waiters were pleasant but service was slow and not very attentive (we waited quite some time for tea and preserves to be replenished). Food - The sandwiches didn’t seem particularly fresh. The scones were excellent. The pastries were beautiful to look at and delicious.

visited the lanesborough with my sister for the bridgerton afternoon tea experience, the food and the ambience was perfect and overall we had an amazing time, the only small issue I encountered was a lemon seed in one of my sandwiches which I almost choked on, but other than that everything was lovely

We went to the Bridgerton afternoon tea at The Lansbourgh yesterday to celebrate my sisters 30th. Service was very attentive, quick and polite but that was the only good thing I would say, it seemed like we was pushed in a corner of the room there was 7 of us, the table was a large round but defiently too small for everything that had to be put on the table, felt very claustrophobic. The afternoon tea in itself was very basic, not much flavour in any of it at all apart from the scones, they were delicious, nothing stood out and £85pp seemed alittle rip off, the theme is bridgerton but other than flowers around the stand and a few cakes nothing seemed themed about it at all. I can't fault the staff they were excellent though.

Very good themed afternoon experience - the venue was so pretty, lovely piano ambience in the background, everything was explained, the service was amazing, the pastries were so intricate and pretty. First time I finished it all!

Everything was perfect. The gluten free high tea menu is 95% similar to the usual menu. The sandwiches, the cakes, the scones - all were very good. Thanks to the beautiful Landsborough's restaurant, it was a very special and happy experience. I really hope to come back.
