We had our daughter’s birthday here and they made it an amazing experience. Food was great atmosphere is the best. We have been to tea service at several 5 star hotels and in England and they beat them all!!

We had a lovely time! They were accommodating for Gluten Free diets. The teas were delicious and they refilled with hot water when we were running low.

Such a fun and excellent experience! My mum and I came down from Montana for a concert and we had made reservations as we had heard they’re very popular. The the ambiance was calming and the staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially our wonderful server, Hiwat. She was very friendly and accommodating and made our afternoon tea extremely enjoyable! Professionalism, kindness, food and service- above and beyond! We’ll definitely be coming back next time :) Cheers!

Experience has gotten more expensive but otherwise remains the same. Best scones, meh sandwiches and hit miss desserts. Was empty today but normally ambiance is of a bustling hotel lobby.
