Live happy hour music was a bit loud to be able to converse at our table when we arrived, but ends at 6:00 on Wednesdays. Our server was great…as was the food.

A beautiful setting. Why can’t Adelina’s get a good menu and a well trained staff. The young servers tried hard and were very pleasant, but not efficient. The hot soup was served cold and served with the entree. The salad had not arrived when my entree was served, so I cancelled it. Again, the young servers were trying hard to please. We have been cooking to Adelina’s since it opened. It used to have experienced staff and a varied and tasty menu. Such a great location and beautiful room. Management has changed so many times. ?? There are a lot of people on the area that love to eat out. Please get your act together. You will do very well.

We were a party of six and asked for three separate bills. A couple of items were placed on the wrong bill. Overall, it was a great dining experience. The food was excellent and service was prompt and courteous.

Chef Rene’s menu has something for everyone. We enjoyed steak, seafood and fish. The meatballs and burratta were outstanding, and the vegetables were perfectly cooked in a delicious sauce. Homemade gelato and a stunning custard topped off a great meal enhanced by an attentive service staff . All in all, we had a delightful experience at Adelina’s Bistro at Monarch Dunes!

We had a reservation. No host when we arrived. Receptionist by the door eventually came over to seat us. We were seated at a table with a dirty table cloth. At least 4 servers walked past us without a “We will be with you shortly “. After 15 minutes we left without being addressed by any of the service staff.

Unfortunately they have not hired enough staff. They had one waiter for the entire floor. Food was not good — salmon was cold and raw in the middle. Ahi tuna was very dry. Sad, because this used to be a good place.

Unfortunately, the service staff did not have the support they needed to give us the attention that we reasonably expect. Our group eats out together once a month. We've been to Adelina's once before, when our server was prompt and attentive. We visited on Sunday, August 18. We waited for over ten minutes to be greeted after being seated. We then waited, again, for over 10 minutes to be served coffee. The waiter was polite and apologized for not being able to be prompt. Our food arrived in a timely manner. We were very disappointed by the speed of the service and will probably not return.
